Where FPL teams concede the most chances from – Part 1

We are using the latest international break to identify trends in the opening 12 Gameweeks of the 2018/19 season.

This study aims to assess where each FPL team is most susceptible when it comes to conceding goals.

Using data available in the Members Area, we have looked at chances conceded from set pieces, through the middle and down the left or right flank.

With the relevant areas pinpointed for the first 10 teams, this first part then compares these with the upcoming schedule to find out which players stand to benefit.

Across the articles in this series the hope is the build a picture of which FPL assets have the most favourable match-ups with specific team weakness over the next six Gameweeks.

        Bilva gets/will get more time, their point totals are the same basically, saves you 1 million, and he can occasionally bring in a nice haul. Dilva is the same, but will rest more and costs more. If he gets more points than Bernardo, it’ll be marginal.

          Underlying stats arent even close (Silva's are on par with Sterling), and Dilva is far more important in the City team than Bilva. While KDB is out, Silva is the most essential player for City.

            I think for the million saved, with similar output, I’ll take the million to spend elsewhere. You’re arguing that Dilva’s output WILL be better. Dilva: 4g 2a, Bilva 3g 3a. Maybe that changes? But Bilva’s numbers are fine, and he’s keeeping up. It’s the same argument for Mané versus Salah.

    Need to get Richarlison worth the move? Consider Laporte for Mendy but Digne rotates well with Doherty when they have tough fixtures

    Hey. First post.. and first year of FPL having done telegraph FFL for 10 years. I'm really enjoying this format... so much more to contemplate. I love the complexity of FPL... subs, price rises, bps, so many different factors to contemplate, makes it a much more challenging game. A more skilful game.

    So... I'm top of my private league, just, and on my wildcard this break. What changes would you make? Asterix means I've transferred during wildcard. I don't wanna change the others... happy with their form and I'm banking any price rises for transfers later in the season.

          Either Kenedy or Brooks, I've considered both. But not done the eye test on Kenedy... is he any good, or does he flatter to deceive? Also... I want 100% playing bench over xmas rotation season ideally. Just in case.
