Thoughts on JRod + Grealish -> Salah + Mahrez (-4)?

Will get Grealish back on WC in that case but lose 0.2.

Will struggle to field 11 of I don’t take Grealish out but initial idea was just JRod -> Salah. Could also take a hit for Mitchell -> 4.8 defender or Watkins -> Adams to field 11
