Fantasy Football Scout voted as ‘best editorial’ at Football Content Awards 2020

Fantasy Football Scout has been voted as the ‘best editorial’ in Fantasy Football for 2020.

That’s according to the Football Content Awards who revealed the results at a virtual ceremony on Tuesday, December 8.

The competition in our category was fierce with Athletic columnist FPL General, Premier Injuries’ Ben Dinnery, Fantasy Football Fix and Fantasy Football Hub.

Delighted Fantasy Football Scout editor David Munday said: “It is a great honour to receive this award.

“FFS is dedicated to providing high-quality, industry-leading content for Fantasy managers worldwide and it is wonderful to see that recognised by the football community.

“I would like to thank our incredible roster of contributors who regularly submit insightful articles as well as my hard-working deputy editor Neale Rigg. I strongly believe his Kanté-esque graft in midfield is the secret to our success.

“And, of course, full credit goes out to our readers and members who make all of this possible with their unerring support to FFS.”

      Generally agree with you, but tonight he played well and almost created an own goal in the final moment. Created the final pass to rashford, and importantly scored the 2nd goal. Maybe he's playing to sell himself though

      Decent attacking players. Flaky defenders who seem to have changing systems. Midfielders who cannot control a game.

      When they get a head of steam they can score goals but not going to get consistency like that.

      Nunes as good when playing amongst others that aren’t so good. He was good at Sporting, the chronicle 3rd classified in Portugal, that doesn’t win anything, and now at United. Where the others are not as good.

      Even at the national team he doesn’t stand out.

        They've done jack sh!t since Ferguson left. It's not like they were winning last year and are out of form. No one in upper management seems to care about winning or supporting the manager either. Such a poorly run club. I had hope last year that ok we're on the right track finally. Have a decent side. But this year again we bought not a single player that we actually needed and went for whoever was available at the last minute to appease the fans.

            I agree they are underperforming.

            They have won FA cup, League Cup and Europa League since Ferguson went.

            I support spurs and we'd be quite happy with any one of those.

            Just because a club has been better in the past doesnt entitle them to win stuff now.

When it gets better 1 year it gets worse the next because the club is poorly run. Spurs trajectory is up and up and up barring Pochs last season.

                I've watched spurs through whole decades of mediocrity.

                My point is many (most) clubs have this all the time without the preceding years of success which is why it's hard for some people to have too much sympathy.

                United from the outside seem to be poorly run. Iffy overly expensive transfers with little in the way of a long term plan.

    Some of OGS tactics with team selection and substitutions tonight left a lot to be desired...showing that he really is way out of his depth with this Manchester United team. The damage was done in the previous fixture against PSG, they should have never found themselves in this position with a draw required from their two remaining CL games.
