Spurs v Leeds team news: Gelhardt starts as Raphinha and Rodrigo miss out

Sunday’s Premier League action continues in north London as Tottenham Hotspur host Leeds United.

Kick-off is at 16:30 BST.

Antonio Conte makes two changes to his starting XI, with Japhet Tanganga (£4.3m) and Harry Winks (£4.4m) coming in for Cristian Romero (£4.9m) and Oliver Skipp (£4.5m), who miss out through injury and suspension respectively.

Harry Kane (£12.2m), fresh from scoring seven goals in two games for England, leads the line and will be flanked by Son Heung-min (£10.4m) and Lucas Moura (£6.4m) in a 3-4-3 formation.

For Leeds, Raphinha (£6.7m) is ill and Rodrigo (£6.3m) has a minor foot injury. As a result, Joe Gelhardt (£4.5m) makes his first Premier League start, while Mateusz Klich (£5.4m) will be deployed in the more advanced midfield role.

Patrick Bamford (£7.7m), Luke Ayling (£4.3m), Jamie Shackleton (£4.5m) and Robin Koch (£4.3m) all remain out.

When Conte daid he wanted Kane to stay in the box, well he didnt specify which box did he...

Think he meant circle. Not box. And Kane's doing great now in the centre of the park.

Kane used to be brilliant at holding the ball up

This system would work well because he’d either turn and pick a pass or bully the CB who got tight to him

Nowa days he just falls over whenever he gets a bit of pressure applied to him

Raphinha not playing is great, for me.
Toney comes in with his 6 points and keeps me top of my mini league and H2H.

Pretty sure Raph would've scored more than 6 points had he started here.

        Could've but may not have.
The 6 points is still enough for me to pull away.

I'm not watching the game, by the way.
No idea what the game is like. I'm at work and, currently, on my break.

Leeds toying with, outrunning and out-pressing Spurs for most of the first half, but all their finishers are injured

A bit of unpredictability & creativity is badly needed from Ndombele if Conte doesn't want Kane involved in build-ups. Could see Son even more central if Lucas had to make way.

3-4-1-2 is screaming. Ndombele nailed, Lo Celso backup, Alli if the worst happens

If he insists on 3-4-3, let Kane drop deep

Those wingbacks are nowhere near creative enough in the EPL

Please, Conte. I own Son. I need this attack to click

I was just thinking this. He doesn't seem hungry at all either, not making many runs and walking most of the time. Should have gone with Kane he at least looks like he's trying

On the evidence thus far Him and moura are 2 of a kind, headless with little end product - moura has at least shown he’s got a goal in him but I think stevie B will get more chances

Foden not been much of a threat recently and the one haul he had was lucky. Hardly inspiring confidence with a team around him all of who can score themselves

Which one makes most sense.. in a position where I feel like cancelo is now more than essential but not sure if losing Ronaldo is the right thing now..

No hit move is havertz to Jota
    And Hit moves are

A - Havertz to cornet/moura to facilitate Williams to cancelo

B - Ronaldo to jimi havertz to son

C - Ronaldo to jimi Williams to cancelo.

    Which one guys?

Leeds good def numbers of late not just a fluke I don’t think, they are playing noticeably more tight since all their injuries. Can’t really rush forward and leave a bunch of space when you don’t even have any good attacking players to play, this is the only way they can get results atm
