Mark Sutherns’ FPL Double Gameweek 29 preview and transfer plans

As the full-time whistles blow across the Premier League, Mark Sutherns and Andy North react to the events of Double Gameweek 28 and look ahead to the weekend’s games.

The pair both played their Bench Boosts this week and will be reflecting on their fortunes in tonight’s video.

They’ll also be discussing their own team and transfer plans for Double Gameweek 29, with a bit of chip talk thrown in too.

The dulcet-toned duo are live from 9.30pm GMT with this latest video for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout, which you can watch via the embedded video below.

              It is but these moves give 2 extra players for GW30 also.
              And going against Kane’s ownership next 2-3 gameweeks looks scary. Feels like not owning Coutinho for me this week which hurt my OR a lot.

                Very true, would be up to 10 for GW30. No Son in 30 also might hurt if getting the trio. Having 2 Spurs in 29 give the option of the Hokey cokey with Salah - Kane etc.

    Thoughts turn to 29 & 30 now and I’m keen to get Kane & Doherty in. I have 3 options really:

    A) Lacazette & James -> Kane & Doherty (exact cash, -4)
    B) same as A but Raphinha -> Martinelli (-8)
    C) same as A but Raphinha -> Kulu (-8)
    D) Watkins, Saiss & James -> Kane, Amartey & Doherty (-8)

    A is the cheapest route but B/C get me an extra DGW player, although not without some risk in terms of minutes and Leeds potentially finding form. Think I’m probably leaning towards D as I don’t want Watkins or Saiss long term and Amartey is probably safe for GW30 until Fofana is back fully fit. That would leave me with 8 DGW players (plus Rudiger,
