    After 274 changes, this is my latest draft. It feels like the final one. Still have 0.5 ITB, but that gives me some flexibility to sort out issues that might come up or deal with price changes.

    Not sure why everyone is going off Perisic? He played 75 mins last week so I’m pretty sure he’ll start again this weekend, even after what Conte said.

          He might make the bench at best and even if he does, he’ll play a max of 20 mins. He’s hardly played in pre season.

      Nailed for the first game but then likely to start getting rotated once ESR is back, seems a very short term pick to me

        Less short term than those who have Kane GW1 and have already booked in the transfer to Haaland GW2. I don’t think ESR comes back in immediately, especially if Martinelli keeps playing well.

          Yes less short term than a 1 week pick, but still quite short term given how much uncertainty there is at the start of the season. I love Martinelli as a player, but not convinced as a GW1 fantasy asset. He will always be subbed off before Saka and Jesus and also the most likely to drop out the side when Nketieh gets minutes (as in pre season, played alongside Jesus) or ESR gets a start around week 3 or 4.

            I think your Nketiah point has more relevance than the ESR one at the moment. Even if Martinelli plays 60-70 mins for the first few games I think most would still think he’s good value at 6.0 in an Arsenal team with those fixtures

    The more i think about it, the more Rashford feels like a gift at 6.5m.

    21/22 - 4G 2A

    I am by no means a fan of him as a player, but, as an FPL asset, last season was the only one where he didn't get good numbers. Any of the 3 seasons before the 21/22 season, for a 6.5m, would be outrageous value.

    I am really struggling with this one as it'll likely mean downgrading James or Perisic so i can upgrade Neto or Martinelli.

    Everyone seems very confident Andreas starts. He's played pre-season so will get the first few but could easily drop out the side early and will tank in value if he does. Not ideal to use a transfer on a 4.5m mid, but are there any better alternatives?

      There are a few gambles this season to be had. 2 WCs + 1 unlimited tfs splits 38 GWs into 3 chunks. No right or wrong yet whether it be new-to-PL players, threemium or punts on cheapies.
