Our Fantasy Premier League (FPL) restart coverage continues with a review of all 20 Premier League clubs’ seasons so far.

In this Half-Term Report series, we look at which FPL players and teams have been top of the class in 2022/23 to date and who should be consigned to the Fantasy naughty step.

FPL bosses get unlimited transfers before Gameweek 17, so these articles will hopefully help you pinpoint some key targets for the Boxing Day resumption.

Next up is Leicester City. Rooted to the bottom of the league with one point after seven matches, they now sit in 13th place thanks to four wins from the last five.

With mid-table rankings in most attacking stats, it’s no shock to discover that only Manchester City have overachieved more when comparing goals to expected goals (xG).

The Foxes have 25 of them despite 17.80 being their xG tally, partly due to James Maddison (£8.2m) having scored the most goals from outside of the box.

He has netted on seven occasions and is their top scorer, followed by the six of Harvey Barnes (£6.9m).

              What's your point? It's a new season, new manager, new tactics. He's looked good in the limited minutes he's played this season and has the underlying data to back it. And United have the best fixtures to start with. We don't even know what's happening with Mitrovic. He was missing the last friendly game and Silva didn't say anything about why

      I feel the fixtures are good enough for starting Martial with at least 0.1 ITB for upgrade later.

      Away to CPL should not be easy for Mitro.

      Martial is a good player, maybe great, but might not last you 16 minutes of live action.

      Mitrovic is an immortal but you have to endure is Troll-Style return pattern

      Martial’s never an option for me. Fitness alone is a reason to be put off but I also don’t like the fact he never looks like he wants to be there.

        looks a lengthy ban if allegations made against him are proven.

        England defender Kieran Trippier was banned for 10 weeks by the FA in December 2020 for giving out information for others to bet on his transfer from Tottenham to Atletico Madrid.

    Is Darwin really essential? Sure he'll get minutes but doesn't mean he'll get enough points to be worth the price tag.

      B is absolutely amazing. Stick with it. The nice thing is the defenders aren't fodder, all are likely to play and offer multiple routes to returns.

    I have 0.4m in the bank and have been looking at this for a while but cant see a way to really improve my team as it is.

    I thought about downgrading Martinelli and upgrading Greenwood to Mitrovich, but not even sure thats a wise move.

      Haven't even considered Liverpool defence since they're priced at the level of a team who can keep 20 CS in a season. But from an attacking perspective I don't mind Robbo, could be a nice differential

      Main fear is that Tsimikas could start in some plum games in which we expect Robbo to haul. Trent is safer in that regard (more expensive too)
