On WC...KDB or Sterling worth a punt then to Salah next week, or just go Salah now?

I would avoid pep roulette here and just go Salah this week.

Thanks - leaning to this. Rivals don’t have any City so less risk there too..!

    WC locked in I think.

Leaning towards No Salah until GW33 & using the funds to punt on Lacazette & Vardy.

Plan is to use 2FTs for GW33 and do Son (after DGW) & Lacazette (after SHU, FUL) >> Salah ( captain vs NEW) & Vydra.

    Forster
    TAA Coady Rudiger
    Bruno Jota(C) Lingard Neto
    Lacazette Kane Vardy(vc)

    Lloris / Son / Holding / Mitchell

Like it. I went Salah/Nacho over Vardy/Laca (appreciate the positions are different but you get my drift value wise), but you can’t have them all I guess!

Do we think Jota is nailed?

salah had the highest EO at the moment, are you sure about no salah option?

      1. FPL Mentor

        3 years, 1 month ago

Not 100% sure no, but after much tinkering I prefer my team without for the next 2 GWs.

Chasing rank and Laca & Vardy are good differentials with nice fixtures. Have Trent and Jota, of course Salah can do damage over next two. But I think Vardy & Laca could do very well also.

can you compare nacho and vardy with there recent performance?

            • 8 Years
            3 years, 1 month ago

Not really. One is over performing, the other underperforming. I dont anticipate Nacho to maintain his form and fancy Vardy to pick up form.

I liked Laca and had him on my WC too, but the fact he started today means he'll likely get benched this weekend

Need to find 0.4 for this on WC. BB next week.

    Mendy (Forster)
    Rudiger Dias Coady (Phillips Shaw)
    Son Bruno Salah Jota Lingz
    Kane(c) nacho (Bamford)

    1. Dias > 5.6m (Stones, Keane)
    2. Shaw > 4.8m (Holding, Coufal)

Leaning towards 1 as Dias looks like being rested and then blanks in 33...

    PLEASE SEND HELP 🙂

Are you set on keeping Bamford? Could downgrade to save some funds.

Could also look at Phillips > Mitchell (3.8m fodder) and have less rotation headaches now until season end.

    Mendy, Forster
    Rudiger, Christensen, Holding, Philips, Amartey
    Son, Salah, Bruno, Lingard, Jota
    Kane, Vardy, 4.3

Triple Chelsea defence, very cheap defenders and maximizing premiums. Thoughts?

Philips is Nailed. Rudiger and Christ should both start and if they don't then one will 100% start. Holding should play from here on in due to Luiz's injury and Amartey tends to slot in during short turn arounds.

      2. Sterling (C) for me then I'm going to Bruno

Really struggling to decide if Trent is vital or if he creates too many compromises elsewhere. If I switch Philips then a few poss upgrades eg:

TAA - Sanchez, Shaw, Coady, Lingard, Davis
Philips - Mendy, Shaw, Alonso, Maddison, Vydra

Any thoughts? Can't help feeling Lingard will dip without Rice and Antonio and I do like Maddison.

Think I'm ready with the WC, similar to most others but if there's something I'm missing please let know

      Mendy / Forster

      TAA. Shaw James Holding Fofana

      Salah Jota Bruno Son Neto

      Kane Iheanacho Davis

I have £0.8m ITB which I don't know how to use.

I considered Davis to Vydra but in the next 5 gameweeks I would probably only play him this week Vs Newcastle, and that would mean benching Son so probably not worth having him

I prefer Neto to Lingard for now, until I see how the hammers do without Antonio.
Could get Alonso instead of James but that could leave me short in GW33 if he's rotated out.

Any other ideas or gtg? Thanks

I'd probably take Vydra just in case of rotation, but otherwise gtg.

I've go same dilema with Lingard. Partly as I've missed his purple patch I'm not sure I want to jump in right now and am also keen on Neto or Maddison.

      Thoughts on WC?

      Mendy Forster
      Rudi TAA James Shaw Holding
      Maddison Salah Jota Sterling(C) Son
      Kane Nacho Davis

Punting on Sterling this week then making the move to Bruno. Unsure about the triple up in Chelsea defense but I feel like I have good cover with Shaw and Holding in case of benching's. Stuck between Maddison or Mount on WC but want some sort of differential pick there besides going Lingard
