As you can see from the current results, Salah is the runaway leader of the Gameweek 38 Captain Poll. The Egyptian midfielder has accumulated just over 60.0% of total votes from our users so far.

No other play has garnered more than 10.0% of votes at this stage far, with Leeds striker Patrick Bamford (£6.6m) currently in second place, backed by 7.4% of our users. 

There is also a surprise inclusion in the top five, as Jack Grealish (£7.5m) occupies the third place with 3.4% of votes, with Sadio Mané (£11.7m, 3.3%) and Joe Willock (£4.8m, 2.5%) just behind the Aston Villa midfielder.

    I’m 16 points clear in my ML, opponent is without Salah, but has Son and might bring in Mane. I can’t afford Bruno -> Mane without a hit

      If he is promoted, I'd want to see how he and Bournemouth cope in the league first. I don't really like starting with cheap mids from the off, they can be unreliable, especially from promoted teams. Taarabt looked amazing in the Championship...

      But definitely one to watch. I like how deadly he is on the counter. That's a good sign for a team that will spend much of its time defending.

    Got a 22 point ML lead, but as you can see my team is very much limping towards the finish line... will probably need a hit just to have 11 starting. I'm telegraphing the fact that my rival will get Mane in, so he's going to come in for Bruno, the question is how to fund it for a hit...

    A) DCL > Antonio: Probably better as a stand-alone transfer but may leave me with only 10 starters...
    B) Jota > Raph

    Rival has both Antonio and Raph, hence those being the options.
