How is it more fun though when the rest of the managers will also benefit from it? It's not like the new rule will only apply to you. It only increases the average pts score. Rank gains are only influenced by how many pts you get in comparison with everyone else. No good sitting there looking at your team on 100pts with loads of assists when everyone else has also scored 100pts plus and you are still on a red arrow!
»Exactly and they need to compete with other games -uefa, fifa, pauper week games It’s made me more excited for the new season, the same old game was getting boring
»I'm not against the industry that's grown around it. Except that most creators have the same recommendations. But that's because the stats do give the highest chance of success, the creators do tend to get high ranks. But where's the fun! Maybe FPL will charge for access to stats, maybe they already do - I don't know.
»Fair play to FPL. They realise it is a marketing tool to foster interest in the PL and so are making changes to keep all the casual managers engaged. More transfers, more chips, more points (through rule changes) = More fun
»feeling the shadow of fpl challenge looming the game i love
