Paddy Power Special – 4/1 on Chelsea to Beat Liverpool at the Bridge

Paddy Power have again laid on yet another enhanced market to tempt us for Sunday’s matches. Today, our bookmaker friends are dangling odds of 4/1 for Chelsea to beat Liverpool at the Bridge and win for the ninth time in 10 attempts in front of their own fans. The odds are available for those yet to register an account with Paddy.

When you consider that the regular odds of Jose Mourinho’s side picking up the three points is just 6/5, this looks a standout deal for those without an account. If you’ve yet to register and fancy a piece of the action, click here to join up and take advantage of the offer.

If you’ve already got an account with Paddy, you can still benefit from the Money Back Special on the Stamford Bridge showdown. Paddy are offering refunds on all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score and Scorecast bets should the game against Brendan Rodgers’ side end in a draw.

To clarify, the Chelsea enhanced odds specials are limited to a £10 stake, are open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Cabaye is on pens. Remy had to apologize for taking that one. he took it because he desperately wanted to end his drought. And Cisse took it because the game was over at 3-1 and We desperately want him to get his goal scoring touch back

I was just thinking of my Jan WC. The available options are:

    GW20-21 (1 Jan - 11 Jan)
    GW 21-22 (11 Jan - 18 Jan)
    GW 22-23 (18 Jan - 28 Jan)
    GW23-24 (28 Jan - 1 Feb)

Unless there is an obvious need to use it beforehand, I'm thinking GW22-23 is the best time to use it.

The main benefit is the big window to benefit from price rises etc (ie transfer in all the risers at the start). Is this worth considering when playing the WC?

Personally, I think the later the better for the WC, apart from desperate surgery, in case there are major signings. I guess that is the main drawback of doing it GW22-23 as you won't get any deadline day signings.

Anyone else got any plans? Or any important factors when deciding?

So benching silva next week. Leaves me a 4 man midfield of theo, cabaye, Barkley, wittingham. Not great. Don't see a decent alternative cheap midfielder to replace wittingham. Can't decide whether to save the FT or take a punt on a 4th defender, bardsley maybe, and bench wittingham. Bardsley at home seems a decent punt that nobody else in my ML will have.
