This week’s ScoutCast is a throwback – a return to the days when Granville moaned about his team of red flags and names like Robin van Persie and Yaya Toure dominated our thinking.

Granville and I slip into such subject matter like it’s a pair of old slippers, whilst assessing the Aguero fall-out, the Dzeko option, Ivanovic versus “Dave” Azpi and how I’ve modelled my Fantasy Football management style on Roy Hodgson.

We roll out the regulars and lament the demise of the ScoutCast team – eliminated in the opening round of our own cup competition. Some things never change.

      I would start Naylor over Boyd. More potential for a clean sheet than Boyd to score again.

      Said the same thing the other day and did not get a good response. Not liked so much around these parts.

      His stats have been good, and if he had of scored that header against Stoke last weekend i think people would be on him more. Arsenal have been one of the most attacking teams in the comp. So having Giru along with Sanchez/Ramsey makes sense as they should continue to score goals.

      However because Giru misses headers like last weekend is what makes him frustrating to own.

    Last week I picked Aguero and low and behold.....6 mins, knee injury, 6 weeks out. (RVP did save my GW though 🙂 )

    Kane owners.

    He surely starts this weekend and possibly as a lone striker.
    Swansea are not that strong at the def and they will be without 1st Gk and CB.
    If we keep him, we are likely to keep him for next two gw vs Burnley & Leicester.

    Considering to sell him for Dzeko as City have juicy fixtures.
    But it involves a hit and risk with Dzeko fitness.

      I went Dzeko because of their fixtures.

      However i can see myself switching to Benteke as it gets closer to Xmas as he will definitely start all of their games and that's what i'm looking for over that period

      Its a derby so you'd expect there to be goals, and yellow cards (probably hutton).

      That said I'd take a 0-0 as I'm playing Hutton and Foster
