I'd say more like Martial. Martial on the left and Embolo on the right would not be too shabby. With Rashford/Zlatan in the centre. Would be a lot of both speed and strength.

I presume that 0.5 is better spent upgrading Ramos -> Alba rather than making Kozacik a 5.0 gk?Yes. I think Kozacik is fine as your first keeper (assuming the other keeper plays later in the round). If he is bad, you can just take him out. Regardless, they have relatively soft fixtures.

Just watched a Euro 2016 preview with some experts and the general consensus is this will be a very defensive tournament with the smaller teams in particular playing for 3 draws (all 0-0) which allows them to go through
Although it's possible I can't see any team going through with three 0 - 0 scorelines

Loads of people are saying Croatia are going to be a 'shock' team this Summer. Personally I think they will shock us by being average and struggling to beat Turkey. I think Turkey will be more of a 'shock' in terms of how well they perform

Big risk I suppose. It's 50/50 with drax though and more or less 100% with Kroos (albeit playing deeper)
Both of them are quite risky. But if you're willing to take a risk, Draxler really has to perform this year. He has been the "next big thing" for Germany for several years now but turns 23 in September. Next World Cup he will be almost 25.
