The ScoutCast – Episode 221 – Spurred

Despite reeling from shedding Son Heung-min prior to his 19-point haul, I can’t avoid acknowledging that Spurs are currently the go-to source for Fantasy talent – particularly now that Harry Kane is back in our lives.

Jonty, Andy and Az join me for this week’s ScoutCast, which transforms into a tribute to Kane’s Gameweek 33 potential, with the striker enjoying a far different appraisal to his rival across north London – Alexis Sanchez.

With three successive blanks, the Chilean is burning many a Fantasy manager, and, once again we use the airwaves to vent our frustration.

Elsewhere, on the eve of the double Gameweek announcement, we chew over the offerings on show at Palace and Southampton, before rinsing through the weekend preview, with GreenWindmill keeping score.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Monday night. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Wenger says Sanchez "prefers to play wide than up front" because he can touch the ball more often.

Wenger and Sanchez don't get on. Sanchez likes playing wide in the same way as Ronaldo, Bale, Neymar and Suarez play wide. Not hugging the touchline and passing to Monreal.

What Man Utd defender is best to bring in on my WC this week, looking at value for money and being as nailed on as you can be in that side.

Causing me a huge headache this one!

    A, Valencia

Hazard Eriksen (c) Alli Sanchez Zaha
    Kaku Kun / Anichebe

Eriksen (c) a gut thing, backed up with a great record at home when Kane is on the pitch. Plus a big differential in my ML (loads own Kane/Alli/Walker triple). Ibra in for Kun next week.

Tricky. I would take a gamble and go this week. Lukakau nailed for 90 minutes so would sway towards him

Start Hennessey or Pickford this week?

I have both and I'm starting Hennessey. Part of a more solid defensive unit atm

Non-Kane owners (if there are any) - who are you trusting with the armband?

Capping Eriksen. Own Alli and Kaku, too.

Eriksen assists Kane/others prolifically and also has a really good record at Home with Kane on the pitch.. see v Swansea/Hull/Stoke this season. Bournemouth in that bracket. Got a good gut feel for it 😀

I'm leaning towards Lukaku but I'd like Sanchez if Wenger will play him upfront. Can someone tell wenger to make it happen for me please? Thanks.

That's the dilemma. I have Benteke - Aguero - Lukaku so it's probably wiser for me to go without. Aguero is due a big haul too.
