Everton are exploring the possibility of recalling Brendan Galloway from his loan spell at Sunderland.
The 21-year-old is understood to be keen on returning to Goodison after a difficult spell at the Stadium of Light.
Galloway has made just 10 appearances for Sunderland this season and just two since Chris Coleman was appointed as manager.

Lolling should come with mandatory pre-school attendance. Not long ago you were coming down hard on lollers but are now joining in with the pre-schoolers, not cool. I'm not ever condoning lolling as it's just downright mean but even if you were to feel justified in doing it it's not when someone has picked someone who appears to be a good pick on the surface but they come upon a bit of misfortune e.g. that player gets an injury before the game in training/ the player they had come into the side for returns from a long term injury, a good 2 or so months later. I can't even see the logic behind those ones, nonetheless the lollers persist. Also replace the word 'endearing' with 'annoying'.

We've Luke Garbutt who is at the same level (left back obvs) who hasnt been registered for first team while SA is still assessing squad and he is the same level as Galloway who, in truth, is a light CB converted to left back.

Kenny is established, playing well at RB. If he is dropped its to give him a rest but Id say Holgate is second choice CB covering for RB.

Biggest concern for Kenny game time is Coleman's return. SA talking like hes 4 or 5 weeks away.

Everton need to buy a defender. If Galloway does come back, its to cover Baines or offer competition to Martina to cover Baines. Martina though, to be fair, as a right footed LB has done okay.

Williams is pretty much nailed on unless theres a fixture build up and why we need to buy a CB. Keane has been poor, Jags can play about once a month.

I have two Spurs midfielders too (Eriksen and Son) and I don't know about you but it's bothering me a bit. Wondering if Alli's worth shifting to Lingard for the funds and then invest elsewhere.

Depends on wether Kompany could stay fit for more than 20minutes. Ongoing problems that doesn´t seem to be solved with Kompany so could be that he is forced to play them together for most part of the season. Think that Ota has a slightly more risk of beeing rested because he has played amost everything since Stones got injured. On the other hand, Guardialo could also opt for them to play as much as they can together to get stabillity.

my feeling is he stays, january windows not the most prolific in terms of big transfers. Leicester is in position for europe and loosing Mahrez would make those aspirations dead. But you never know
