With Double Gameweek 28 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) edging closer, five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman is here to help with your pre-deadline dilemmas for the next hour.

Whether it’s questions on transfers, team selection, chip strategy or anything in between, Scout’s Deputy Editor will tackle whatever’s thrown at him.

He’ll be on hand to first reply to requests from Premium Members in the Hot Topic below the line of this piece and will get through as many as he can until the next article goes up. If there’s time, Tom will also turn his attention to other requests in the comments section.

    Neto to Douglas Luiz on the cards, but also considering doing Haaland to Watkins this week for -4 too given the fixture and him tearing me a new rear end ever since I got rid on WC20 (also see: Foden, Saka). Benching Toney is not normally something I'd do but I just don't like the look of Brentford and they're up against the best defence in the league. Although Ramsdale...

    Also a little unsure on playing Bradley and Moreno, but they do have attacking threat so I feel it's probably right as it is. Any thoughts?

      I think I would bump Branthwaite up the order - certainly above Walker, maybe over Moreno but its close. Man Utd have among the worst defending set piece stats in the league iirc, possibly the worst, and no Højlund against a well-organised low block...

      FH29? If not I think we might have weathered the worst of the Watkins storm*...?

        Nah I'm planning on getting through GW29 with transfers (if I do Neto to D.Luiz now that'll be 7, then next week's FT plus a hit this or next week and I'm happy with 9. Although I an beginning to question getting Watkins back (much to my own dismay)

      Neto is good for this week but you wouldn't bench Leno vs Sheffield.

      Zaba makes GW def a bit better because there's some tough fixtures in there for Gab/Aké/Doughty.

      I'd go for Zaba based on that but he has similar point-scoring to a GK himself.

    On a WC I have put Emerson in. It was only for GW28 & GW29 as I plan to transfer him out by then.

    Now he is flagged I need a replacement. I am looking at Toffolo.

    Anyone know if he is nailed? Any NFO fans here? Why has he not been playing until last 2 games?

    My team:
    Areola (Dubravka)
    Doughty, Botman, Gabriel (Porro, Taylor)
    Foden, De Bruyne, Saka, Palmer (Bailey)
    Watkins, Haaland, Solanke (C)

    I have 2 transfers, 2.9 million in the bank, not planning to FH in gameweek 29 and still have my WC.

    I plan to sell De Bruyne for Son but not sure about the next move and who to bench.
    What would you recommend:

    A: Morris for Haaland?
    B: Foden or Palmer for Bowen/Kudus (maybe next week)?
    C: Save the 2nd transfer?
    D: Who to bench: Foden/ Bailey/Palmer?

    Haaland + Garnacho -> Morris + Bowen for a -4? Getting 10 players for gw29 with just this one hit and only one without a fixture would be the goalkeeper. WC30/31 to bring Haaland and Salah back in the team

    I'm not adverse to going -8 and doing Haaland> Morris to capitalise on 3 games for Morris vs 1 for Haaland as it should pay off provided Haaland doesnt tee off at Anfield, but doesn't solve my bench headache
