Members Area Upgraded

Earlier today we upgraded the Members Area to the new site template, giving everything a facelift as we rolled out the ICT Scout Index – our Fantasy Football Player Index.

We will make a detailed post on the ICT index later this evening, although if you want some early insight into how this works you can refer to this earlier post which explains the basics.

Members can currently view Top 10’s for Influence, Creativity and Threat, plus the Index score, from last season via their new Members dashboard in the Members Area. Full ICT Index scores can then be gathered via the Player Stats > Fantasy Index tables. You can view these tables by position or for all players.

Much more on this to come later.

We are working to roll out the new site template to the main site. We’re currently still optimising the new design and will look to carry out further tests in the next week before announcing a release date.

    The lack of any decent strikers in the 7-9 range is maddening. I don't love Zamora, but he's what I'm stuck with now.

    What about Saha at 7.5 or Beckford at 6.5? They go unmentioned on these forums. The type of glass Saha is made of is even more fragile than RVP's, but when he's healthy, he scores and he seems healthy now, no? When Saha gets hurt, won't Beckford be nailed on starter?

      Without a doubt, Ferguson is a poor choice.

      Steer clear of the 4.5's they offer no value at the moment.

      You have 2.5 in the bank? Use it to get a 5/5.5 mid over Ferguson.

      The rest keep to follow in big hitter that is a must have.

          I've gone for Petrov, but there's Formica, Eagles, Watson, Cleverly (punt, may be good for a 20 min assist every now and then), Hoolahan who would all do better than Ferguson.

                He wouldn't fit into the current Utd team. Rooney has his creating role and yup, i'd prefer El Spud. Barca want him so they can rest Xavi/Iniesta occasionally imo. Him being 24 he should be in his prime right now, but his constant injuries have probably taken 10-15m off his price. Good player, just not one of the greats.

      This is a major dilemma for me.

      I would say N'Zogbia because his return/cost should be greater, and the saved 2.5 can be used elsewhere. This season every pound saved is crucial.

    That's it, want to change Jagielka, i just know he will be a disappointment!

    Not too many options though, I like Wheater of Bolton if Cahill goes, think he will be a great option and 4.5M is cheap for him who would get his fair few share of goals but for now, and with Bolton's fixtures not great there must be better options.

    Rafael/Dunne/Dawson/Gibbs/Enrigue(if he moves) options but no one stands out, any ideas?

    Defense at moment is: Jags, Kompany, Hughes, Bramble, Simpson.

      Also, I appreciate the fact you're looking for my opinion, but it's better to open it up to everyone to critique. Just make it a simple RMT and you'll get lots of good responses from a wider range of people.

          he had a shoulder injury but nothing serious as far as i know. cant see him not playing.

    Crap.. I just realised Swansea's Neil Taylor is suspended for the season opener.

    Meanwhile Monk and Caulker are injury doubts and Michel Vorm still hasn't signed for them.

        True, but it could possibly affect his price value. I also want to buy Vorm so it's important that he signs before deadline 1.
        My main concern is that I have no attacking City cover when Swansea are potentially missing 3 defenders while possibly fielding Benfica's 3rd choice goalie.

        I'm surprised FPL and FFS haven't picked up on Taylor's suspension.
