The double Gameweek dominates episode 103 of the ScoutCast, providing a timely antidote a pitiful weekend of points scoring that saw even the great and good struggle. While your hosts hardly fit into that category, Granville and I dust ourselves down to rinse through the double Gameweek options, popping in on the Professor to get the “Rate My Team” viewpoint, before Jonty crashes the party to serve up another community themed conclusion.

This time around, Jonty brings a tale of armband woe: a Fantasy manager who misses the captain target with frustrating regularity. Whilst that manager’s luck should offer cheer, Jonty is also armed with a plethora of captain statistics that come courtesy of a former “Full Jonty” victim. Those particular revelations have me staring into the eyes of a certain Dutchman and wondering where it all went wrong.

*Apologies for the downgrade in sound balance this week – we had some technical issues which basically meant I forgot to restart the recording half way through and so had to use a lower quality recording mix.           You potentially "only" have 8 DGW players there, Evans is only likely to play one game and Walcott may be the same. I got rid of Evans last week for this reason.

    To be fair, Sissoko played pretty deep in second half after Ameobi came on and even deeper, when HBA and Marveaux came on. Wasn't to bad, but with no FPL prospect.

      Madness as anything could happen in those three weeks. Hits now for this DGW are relatively risk free as you can guarentee your players will be involved. Getting in Nasty now is not safe as he might get injured before he can refund the hit.

      Neither, as mentioned Legacy is the very defintion of derivative and Looper was not as good as it could have been, and was frankly annoying with its inability to make up its mind which version of time travel it wishes to use. Comparisons with 12 Monkeys are very wide of the mark, it doesnt even come close.

      Do yourself a favour and watch How to Train your Dragon instead, its a much better film than either of those 2. 🙂 (and no, im not joking!)

      I finished Season 4 two days ago and trust me, it gets amazing, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it and watching clips on youtube ever since, I thought Season 1 was the worst, Season 2 is fantastic, you'll enjoy it thoroughly 😀
