With winter Wildcards in play, we turn our focus on three in-form midfielders in our second members article of the week. Christian Eriksen, Santi Cazorla and Oscar were all amongst the goals in Gameweek 22 and are more or less identically priced in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) – the former pair set you back 8.2, whilst the Chelsea man is slightly more expensive at 8.3.

With Alexis Sanchez and Eden Hazard looking nailed on for most Fantasy managers, the trio are vying for a spot as the third pricey midfielder in many plans right now. As more look to restructure their sides ahead of the Gameweek 23 deadline in ten days’ time, we assess their recent matches and delve into the data over their last six appearances.

        Oscar would be a decent bet if it wasn't the fact for terry, hazard, costa, fabregas. Cazorla is intriguing, but pens have contributed to a lot if his points recently.

    I feel one can opt for Santi in place of Alexis and use the remaining 3 millions for somewhere else.. Santi now seems more prominent playmaker in Wenger's 4-1-4-1 .. I'm actually thinking of removing Alexis in my team with Giroud upfront with costa

    Hi All. I could really do with some advice, even though I appear to have good problems.

    I have a wildcard but don't NEED to use it this week, so will save until the last minute. The question is, do I NEED to use my 1 free transfer (probably on a defender, as they all have bad fixtures) or should I save that as well (assuming you can still have two free transfers after a wildcard?)

    Great article though I'd like to have seen sterling in there due to being same price bracket.

    I love watching eriksen play (spurs fan) so I think that's clouding my judgement but he has been great for me, see no reason to swap to either, caz has the threat of ozil and oscar gets dragged a lot and sometimes fab takes his place in the hole.

      Happens man, I got 39 myself with a similar team. Had Clyne/Ivanovic/Silva over Bret/Cameron/Fabregas with ADM as (C).

      Ridiculous that ADM, Silva, Hazard, Sanchez, Aguero, Austin and Kane all blanked for me. That's just unreal.

    He did the same over Christmas and Chelsea will be playing in midweek most weeks once UCL kicks in
