It can't happen outside a transfer window without special dispensation from FIFA. That is seldom given other than in an emergency. Southampton losing one GK when they have two others available does not count as an emergency.
Southampton might be interested for next season but the chance of Chelsea releasing Cech on loan is zero. Either he'll stay or be sold.

Blank in GW33 because it's FACUP semi final...That match against Hull could possibly be rearranged for GW34 but it's a bit short notice so probably not imo. If they do play GW34 DGW i think it likely they would have to announce it fairly quickly after the Blackburn match.
