Dugout Discussion – Chelsea vs West Ham

After Arsenal edged past Southampton at the Emirates, the curtain comes down on Gameweek 33 as Chelsea welcome West Ham United to Stamford Bridge.

At home to a defence that’s conceded 11 goals in their last three road trips, Antonio Conte’s side could emerge as big armband differentials this afternoon.

Alvaro Morata and Eden Hazard are among the top 11 captains for GW33, yet both have been handed the armband by less than 2% of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) matches.

Meanwhile, the in-demand Willian is named on the teamsheet for the fifth successive Gameweek. The most bought midfielder (178,000+) for Gameweek 33, the Brazilian has served up four goals and three assists in his last seven league starts.

At the back, however, Andreas Christensen’s run of five straight starts comes to an end ahead of Double Gameweek 34 as Gary Cahill replaces the young Dane on the teamsheet.

For the visitors, Marko Arnautovic leads the line again on the back of his two-goal haul against Southampton last week.

The Austrian has form against Conte’s side, having netted the winner in a 1-0 victory over Chelsea back in Gameweek 16.

          Using the TC chip on either Kane or Kaku if i bring him in.

          No FH means i will bring back Auba in GW35 and do like -8 to -12 hit to get 8-9 players.

            Your team looks good. So either burn FT or Simpson to Morgan (club captain so less likely to be rotated).

            If you do Kane > Kaku and Young or Lingard, you would need to take a hit to get Kane back for GW36 or use both FT to get him back for GW37. Neither are advisable IMO.

              Fair point about Kane. Thanks for your advice. Not sure if Morgan is a better option, since Simpson has more attacking threat and is almost as nailed as well (right?). I'll certainly consider it, as I have very few other ideas haha

              On paper yes, but you need to consider your Mkhi replacement before comparing like for like. Presumably you would use your FT to bring someone in with 2 games...

                  If you aren't using a FH chip in 35 than I'd still rather keep Auba over Vardy and Lukaku. I'd potentially role the FT as you already have 10 DGW players which is more than enough.
