From an American - owning Salah and not captaining him is like telling Baker Mayfield he’s not starting Week 4. You just have to. If you don’t fancy him, it’s not crazy to move to anyone else. Go with your gut and Interprete the last 40 GWs however you pleaser. Good luck to all!
I understand him giving Ty shot, but I think even he removed himself and knew his time was over on Thursday. Baker is a franchise QB. Perfect amount of pep and confidence from a first rounder.
Can kind of understand it though. Tyrod's a safe pair of hands whilst Mayfield settles in. How many rookie qb's have Cleveland thrown straight in at the deep end and got destroyed?
I don’t even like the NFL but follow it because it’s religion here. I’m the odd one out watching 7:30am kickoffs in the PL. nobody else likes it but I know I picked the right sport.
Yeah EPL is actually really popular in the US, maybe the level of popularity depends on your location. I'm from the UK and spent about a month in the states earlier this year for work when last season was on and some places showed games everywhere in bars while others had no idea it existed
I play rugby to a semi-pro standard and defo think american football is just as tough of a sport. Both require different skill sets and modes of fitness is all.
Family moved to MI when i was a baby. We lived in Deerborn when i was a kid. But we moved back to UK when i was 5 or so. But still follow all the Detroit Teams. Go Spartans.
Have Salah. Think Pool assets score better in next 2 weeks and then later i can always get Haz for Salah. Doubling up with Firmino at the expense of Hazard.
Chelsea will have a tough away game at Hammers. And i see a Liverpool win over Chelsea in the coming week.
If you've got the choice, I'd be taking Hazard over Firmino. I agree it might be tough at West Ham but I'm still expecting at least 2 goals for Chelsea - don't think West Ham's defence is their strongest suit.
‘The defensive side the last two games was outstanding, perfect. It is so important in these games especially, that says everything about him that he is really ready to work for the team in these moments’
‘It is completely normal for an offensive player when you have times you do not score. He is still a threat and made fantastic situations in both our last game, he is in a good shape’
Why do people all of a sudden think he’s going to be dropped? Fair enough Shaq will be more involved at some point but he doesn’t have to play in Salahs position and there’s a league cup game coming up next week.
It is such an interesting week captain wise. I have been Salah all week because my pre season gameplan was home/away rotation between my top players. Throw an on fire Hazard and Lukaku a (must fire soon) Kane a and a good half dozen more options it promises to be a good week. All you can do is go with your gut. I am settling on Aguero simply because I am slight worried about Salah starting (probably unfounded) but more importantly I am convinced Sterling and Sane are going to start and with those 2 running at the Cardiff defence a penalty or 2 is highly likely.
Salah ownership now 43.7% now. Captaincy split this weekend between him, Hazard and Kun. A haul from him and nothing from other's will mean a good rank climb for Salah cappers.
