Fantasy Premier League managers might want to exercise caution over West Ham assets at the start of 2019/20.

The Hammer start with a tough opening weekend fixture against Manchester City, but it is hard to guarantee Fantasy potential even in the more appealing matches that follow.

Looking at last season’s data, there is a possibility that their new-look attack could take some time to gel.

Meanwhile, the Hammers defence was questionable in 2018/19.

We’ve taken a look at all areas of Manuel Pellegrini’s team last season to see where Fantasy manager can find value in 2019/20.

      One of the better teams I have seen on here. I don't get the Zinchenko hype though. AWB looks a better prospect to me, especially after the signing of Maguire which will be a massive boost to United defensively.

        Zinchenko should play the first 2 or 3 games. After that it's an easy swap to AWB.

      How confident are you in Adams, I also have a draft with Wesley, and only see Wesley and Adams at 6m as options, but I think I prefer Jota over any of them, thats why I downgraded Siggy to Fraser

    FPL have lost their way with the pricing over the years. When Strikers like Norwich's Pukki are coming in at 6.5 it unbalances the game. It doesn't matter how many championship goals he scored, the Premier league is a different kettle of fish.

    People now have to stockpile defenders and midfielders because budget 5.5 attackers aren't a thing anymore.

          Because he played 23 out of his 32 PL appearances as a winger last season.

          Baffles me how difficult this is to grasp to some. Wingers in a 3 upfront formation are midfielders, strikers in a 2 upfront formation are strikers. Heat maps are not considered, as in that case you’ll need to reclassify Alonso as a midfielder, Kante as a defender, etc.
