Mark Sutherns and Andy North are back ahead of Gameweek 11 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) after contrasting fortunes last time out.

The FPL BlackBox co-host arrives off the back of a disastrous short-term result from his Wildcard which saw his overall rank double, while Andy sneaked a small green arrow to edge himself up the ladder.

But sporting an early doors Christmas jumper, Mark is in an optimistic mood, particularly with his darling Diogo Jota seemingly set to start Gameweek 11 as a potential differential.

The pair give their views on Spurs’ prospects under new boss Antonio Conte and offer some advice to those wrestling bench dilemmas ahead of Friday’s Gameweek 11 deadline.

    We bench made of A. Armstrong, Livramento, Gallagher and Guiata - I'm really tempted to play bench boost this week.

    I known people often leave it for double gameweeks but personally never had much luck in the last and often it meant I was left with some dross after playing it.

      The bench is strong now. The bench will be strong by DGWs too, most likely. Many of the cheap assets doing well with good fixtures now are unlikely to be much more expensive by the time DGW season rolls along, as they slide in and out of the template

      So this is a bit different from the usual season trend of having duds until DGWs, buying bench players for the DGWs, then trying to get rid after

      This is the value season. Well, so far, it is. Some major Arsenal, Everton, Leeds, Southampton, Brentford, Wolves, Chelsea, City and even Spurs assets are cheaper now than they'll likely be next season

      So if you're considering a SGW bench boost, please keep in mind that cheap assets will probably be on your bench anyway by the time DGWs and BGWs roll around

        James is explosive, Chilwell is probably up there with the best attacking fullbacks and Rudiger is as nailed as it could get. I know its a risk but Chelsea have 7 CS from 10 games, having played Spurs, City, Utd, Pool and Arsenal. Can't see them stopping anytime soon tbh.

      Alternatively: Rudiger to James, Dias to Cancelo for free. Start Hwang/Livra over Antonio instead of selling

      Or bench Dias and Antonio for Hwang and Livra, just the one FT for the switch to a WB, then take two FTs into the international break and reassess
