Mark Sutherns’ FPL Double Gameweek 29 preview and transfer plans

As the full-time whistles blow across the Premier League, Mark Sutherns and Andy North react to the events of Double Gameweek 28 and look ahead to the weekend’s games.

The pair both played their Bench Boosts this week and will be reflecting on their fortunes in tonight’s video.

They’ll also be discussing their own team and transfer plans for Double Gameweek 29, with a bit of chip talk thrown in too.

The dulcet-toned duo are live from 9.30pm GMT with this latest video for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout, which you can watch via the embedded video below.

    117 (-8) with bench boost played.

    I'll take that. Transfers were mostly worthwhile: De Gea > Sa, Mee > Rudiger and Gallagher > Havertz.

    Shame I captained Salah, and that Digne didn't play the first game, nor Kilman and Rudiger their second but... onwards and upwards. Only WC left to play now, not sure to use it for GW29 or after.

    Thinking FH30, WC 35 and bench boost 36 right now. Not sure on other FH.

    Finally accepting that my long time benched Tomiyasu just ain’t gonna play in the DGW.

    1. Suck it up and hope Konsa plays.
    2. Tomiyasu > Doherty/Dier/White (4.7 max) for a hit.

    Reluctant to sell Cancelo as I will have to pay 0.3-0.4 more if I need him back. But illness could keep him out of GW29 and blank in GW30.

      Broja and Raphinha were clearly poor this week, but their fixtures look appealing. Also, Pukki is in good form.

      Royal has been terrible in football terms. Playing well matters. Doherty has been playing well and getting FPL returns. Can't see him being dropped at all. Spurs also out of all comps now. I think Doherty is the way.
