        If he's resting him it's because he wants to keep him fresh for upcoming games so previous games won't factor into it. I think he'll probably start but it's definitely a risk.

        I'm hoping he starts amd captaining but I really don't think Guardiola gives a damn if a player has scored a hattrick or not when it comes to deciding if a player needs a rest or not. If he thinks he needs a break to cope with the next week or that he needs him for Villa more, he'll give him a break
