Do you think Cash will be benched?

    My defence needs help:

    Gabriel: Away to Villa
    Tsimikas: Rotation Risk
Cash: likely benched & away to Arsenal
    Mitchell: Hip Injury
    Taylor: away to Brighton

    Best option:
    A) Mitchell/Cash to Porro (-4)
    B) Mitchell/Cash to Colwill (-4)
    C) Mitchell/Cash to Walker (-4)
    D) Don’t take the hit

Anything worth a -4 here? Keepers and Defence are in tatters.

    Areola
    Gabriel, Lascelles, Taylor
    Salah, Saka, Martinelli, Gordon, Palmer
    Haaland, Watkins

    Turner, Archer, Cash, Burn
    Bank 2.4m, 0FT

Thing is, can’t get Dubravka as already have 3 NEW, and any upgrade makes Cash -> Trippier next week tricky. Think I’m just gonna roll the dice and hope Areola starts - doesn’t sound like he’ll be out for long if he’s out at all.

Which forward option for next 3-4 weeks? Have Semenyo and Haaland as the other 2 strikers. Will do Haaland to Watkins in gw18.

Saliba is the safest so I'd say him. Walker is actually wanted on the bench by a lot of City fans, in bad form. Also the blank.

      start:

      A - Digne
      B - White
      C - Tripps

all 3 some attacking threat, none get cs imo. currently on white, would be digne if knew 100% he was starting.

if you want porro long term worth the hit just so its done and he should outscore lascelles/taylor this gw at least

        1. Kane Train
          • 9 Years

Porro has to keep a clean sheet to outscore Lascelles for the hit to be worth it. Both will score 2pts IMO. Not worth a hit

            • 9 Years

yeah agreed. its just sometimes best to take the hit in defence, as next GW there's likely to be some fire to put out in the front 7/8 and you never get round to doing the defensive transfer. the hit doesnt have to pay back straight away, but over time it becomes worth it

        Bench one:
        A) Cunha (Forest just lost 5-0 and Wolves are great at home)

Son has an injury doubt over him and Alvarez has a whether he'll start doubt.

Son is 9m+ so you don't want to bench

Think there will be goals there in that game but United will attack more. So I'd bench Solanke. His ceiling is low here, max 1 goal. He's also quite easy to mark out of games I feel, even though I do want him in my team very soon

            My defenders:

            A) Saliba (AVL a)
            B) Gabriel (AVL a)
            C) Tsimikas (CRY a)
            D) Schaar (TOT a)
            E ) Taylor (BHA a)

Need to bench two. Should I bench Gabriel to avoid the arsenal double up against Villa?

Currrently benching B,E. Who would you bench?

Now that you've taken his price drop I would start Cash with Baldock first sub and hope for the best. Spurs won't keep CS so you would need Porro assist just to break even

Son speaking to SpursPlay after the West Ham game:

“Son failed to finish the match with West Ham after he was substituted in the 88th minute. Tottenham's top goalscorer limped off after a blow to the back, but was hopeful of being fit for Sunday's visit of top-four rivals Newcastle.

He added: "Yeah I hope so. I had a big kick on my back, in the bone so we'll see. I didn't have time to assess so we'll see what happens. Look, we have to bounce back as strong as ever and it is another home game.

"I know it sounds crazy five games in a row. I hope it was a good lesson and look we have to take the loss and there is no time to regret what we done. There is no time to regret so we have to move on, put the chest out, take the responsibility and Sunday we have to make a big step forward.”

If I had to predict I think he’ll play.

But as an owner I don’t like the fixture, or the fact he might be playing through pain and get subbed early

I think he'll play. Being sore is not injury.
