They’re whole recruitment strategy seems to be bringing in big names who generate lots of kit sales, attention, etc. The likes of Klopp, Pep and Tuchel all have a clear system and buy players to fit that system. Ole on the other hand tries to get a system to suit the players at his hand. Never going to challenge for the Prem like this
