Andy North and Mark Sutherns are back after the internationals, with the latter breaking a recent hiatus from Blackbox to chat Fantasy Premier League (FPL) once again.

With four new manager appointments, a clamour for Spurs attacking assets and the regular flirtation with an alternative to Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) as captain, there’s plenty for Andy and Mark to chew over.

        Me neither. The only other options are downgrading Hwang to a max 5.0 striker or downgrading Havertz to someone max 7.3

    Currently have Royal as it seems more of a exotic punt on a WC (plus 0.1 cheaper) has anyone done a serious comparison between them, read something earlier in the week on here that Regulion might get hooked off earlier most games?

    I've very lost as to how best to use my FTs - which if the Spurs attackers to get (if any!), what to do with Foden... which of these options do you think is best?

    A) Vardy and Dias to Kane and White (rotate him with Livramento)
    B) Vardy and Brownhill to Broja and Son (352/442)
    C) Vardy and Foden to Wilson and Son (343/44s with frequent benching headaches)
    D) Something else

        I want to give my Brentford players another couple of weeks, only got them during my GW8 wildcard. Reckon I'd get rid of Mbeumo if I had to get rid of one of them right now, and I might as well lose Brownhill instead in that case.
