With Granville sulking on sabbatical, it was left to myself and Jonty and his flourishing facial hair to hold the fort, ably supported by this week’s guest, Luke aka D1sable.

Racking up one of the longest episodes for months, the three of us talk slippers, banish at least seven teams to the Championship and mention Jeffrey Schlupp as much as humanly possible. Despite missing Granville’s secret sauce, we also do our best to serve up the regulars, whilst addressing the quizzing and probing from the Fantasy Football Scout community – thats you.

    B) Bellerin to Schlupp/Naughton

      Why don't you clear funds by moving Sanchez this week only?
      Newcastle - agreed that their squad is thin, yet they managed to give away only 15 chances to the opponent in their last 3 home games combined. That's impressive.

      Given arsenal finish strongly and have now started getting result against big team,wouldn't it be wise to keep bellerin? Schlupp has 15 points from the last 7 starts, bellerin has 36.

    For all of the stats, this weekend feels more about the intangibles. How will Kane react to his England call up? How will City and Arsenal handle being out of Europe? All of this is stuff stats cannot indicate, but will be a huge deciding factor.

      Arsenal went out after a very solid display. I think they'll really go buck wild on a depleted, and poor Newcastle team. They usually put in a solid shift after being dumped out of the CL.

    Is there any point swapping Panti for Forster? Forster barely gets any save points, although a steadyish stream of 6's is not bad. I will need to do the transfer eventually anyway because I have no sub goalkeeper.

    Quite happy with my midfield/forwards this week but any pointers on this defence? Got 1.7m in bank. Mini League leader has Ivanovic so would prefer to stay away from him but at the same time he is one of the reasons I'm behind !
