Dugout Discussion – Spurs vs Crystal Palace

A busy Sunday treats us to four fixtures before the final international break of 2017 is upon us.

Up first, we make our way to Wembley as Spurs entertain Crystal Palace in the 12pm kick-off.

With four of the top five squaring up later in the day, all eyes are on Harry Kane against the Eagles.

The Tottenham striker is the number one captain choice for Gameweek 11, selected by 27.6% of Fantasy Premier League managers after bagging a brace in four of his last six league outings.

Dele Alli owners are left frustrated, though, as he misses out through a hamstring injury, while at the back, Ben Davies drops to the bench as Danny Rose is handed a first league start of the season.

Still sitting in 20% of FPL sides, Davies looks set for an exodus over the break – he’s failed to start Tottenham’s last four home league encounters at Wembley.

For the visitors, we get another chance to scout Wilfried Zaha as Roy Hodgson’s side prepare for a fine run of fixtures.

The Ivorian international has scored in two of three appearances since being handed a central role up front upon his return from injury.

Over the next six Gameweeks, Palace have four favourable home matches (EVE STO BOU WAT) allied with trips to Brighton and West Brom.

        Yeah Im considering that now indeed, blanks against Bournmouth, Burnley, Swansea, Palace.. if im not mistaken. People seem to forgive Kane, and not Lukaku. For that price he should produce more than the likes of Lukaku, Aguero, Jesus etc.

                Here's the deal.
                A lot of people have been on here for years - 6- 9 years- mostly to discuss fantasy football.
                Why are we made to suffer or leave because a whole raft of new people come on here and change the atmoshere with a general disregard to the regulars etiquette.
                Is that fair.
                Somebody walks into your local pub for the first time and insists on playing Joe Dolces 'shaddup your face' on a constant loop because he thinks it's funny.

                You would just accept it and say fair play, the idiot has his rights. We've got a really nice place here but fair enough if the new guy wants to spoil it for everybody - it's a free world after all.

      Is it not possible to introduce some kind of mechanism where we can each block whoever we fancy or be able to choose an the option to view the forum including only certain posters?

      There are loads of great posters on here but It is exceedingly tiresome having to wade through so much rubbish to be able to find them. And match times normally become cesspools. I'd happily pay good money for this feature.

      Apart from GW 1, 6, and 7 I've had a terrible time when picking captain. The other ones were captains that didn't do amazing but instead were par. My last 4 have yielded shocking results.
