    Phew! No price drops in my team last night. That buys me some time to think before making transfers:
    Foster - Fabianski
    Peltier - PvA - Robertson - Doherty - Wan-Bissaka
    Salah - Mané - Richarlison - Mahrez - Stephens

    Still stuck between a decision dropping King and/or downgrading Mahrez (depending on performance today) to afford upgrading Doherty to Mendy.

    - What 7.4 or less players is the best replacement for Mahrez?
    - Is 4-4-2 with double Palace too risky?

        Only issue with Mkhi, is that he's not 100% nailed to start. Pedro/Maddison good options; a little bit more cash to spend elsewhere.

          we've always know pep would rotate a bit, and this is the perfect game to give jesus some time on the pitch. kun is still first choice, and will almost certainly start against wolves.

    Can some member help me understand the XG metric in comparison tool? It showed Richarlison xg (expected goal) close to 0.4 even though he had one big chance and he converted. Shouldnt xg have been 1 as big chances are supposed to be converted by players? Again with Auba he had 2 big chances but XG was 0.98. Please elaborate anyone in the know

      If he had one chance and it’s an XG of 0.4 then 40% of the time the player would be expected to score from that chance.

        I did Jota, King and Peltier out, Kante, Kamara and Alonso in for -4. Have never played WC this early and would like to wait still to firts IB.

      Arsenal fan here: Don't get him in. After this performance I wouldn't be surprised to see him benched for Lichtsteiner in these easier fixtures. Arsenal have serious defensive issues, and Bellerín is one of the factors.

          If I was to get one of Arsenal defenders, then yes. A bit risky due to him coming back from injury, but he is the better option on that side, and Kolašinac and Maitland-Niles are both out injured, which leaves Lichtsteiner as the only likely option to play there.

    Why would anyone want advice from Crabtree? His 'no Liverpool players' rule shows that his winning season was a pure fluke. One of the first fantasy rules is don't let your personal bias control your decision making.

      I do think that FFS is overly obsessed with people who had one amazing season whereas the truth is you need a lot of luck to win FPL and unfortunately there’s no way of “teaching” luck.

    Why is Alonso so popular?
    I didnt see the match yesterday but in the first match he stoped most of his run before he ran into the box. Did something changes yesterday.

    I see he gets a lot of points so can understand the hype because of that, but will it continue?

      Alonso seems to be continuing his high attacking potential from last year. 4atb isn't hindering this. He also plays for Chelsea and will keep clean sheets against poor teams even if he doesn't score. He is the definition of pick and forget.

    Had two teams passed on to me - one with Aguero and Jesus up front, the other is just Jesus with Sterling and Mahrez either side .... after the De Bruyne injury leak Pep is keeping the players and staff guessing.

      Pereira looks very good. Plays as an attacking midfielder often during games. Van Aanholt also very good. Would lean towards PVA.

      Davies has been a pain in the arse this season.

      Benched him for Mendy in GW1 and for Mitrovic in GW2. Faces United next, can't wait to ship him out myself so I'd say yes.

      Do you have some extra € to get Alonso instead?
