      Watch the game not the stats is best answer in this case. Yeah Chilwell crosses a lot more but Pereira's crosses are better and goes into the box more and the chance of him being OOP some games.

    Couple of quick questions for members.

    1) Why does PVA have a slightly higher expected score than Cook but its recommended to bench PVA for Cook?

    2) Is it just me or is the members area (mainly comparison tool) not gerry mobile friendly? Seems clunky & slow

    Is Robertson really THAT better than TAA?
    TAA is 1m cheaper and allows you to significantly improve the rest of your defence whilst also keeping Liverpool coverage. Surely it's not that big of a downgrade?

    Over 10 years playing FPL, I may have had my strongest ever start. (Not Crazy high but higher than usual)

    But knowing when it is luck or when you have a great side is critical element to the game.

    I am without the following players:
    Mendy, Alonso and Mane, All 3 I believe are essential in the longterm.

    I have been extremely lucky to have had Shaw, Tarkowski and maxed on captaincy with Salah and Aguero which has papered over the inevitable fall from grace when I dont get all my defenders scoring goal, assists or from wherever .... out of the blue.

    With currently a strong team still need to do major surgery (16 points) to get to my desired team.

    Should I therefore W/C to get in my desired squad or roll with the punches and see where my current squad takes me.

    Ederson (Hamer)
    Robertson, Tarkowski, Shaw, (Tomkins)(Wan Bissaka)
    Miki, Salah, Richarlison, Bilva, (Neves)
    Aguero, Firmino, Wilson

      Very similar here ASC. would be a shame to WC so soon after such a good start. For me i'm now saving to have 2 free for week 4 to give me the opportunity the have a mini WC with a hit in week 4. Granted i'm only missing Alonso out of your desired long termers but i still feel a few hits early doors to get a squad your happy with is preferable to an early WC.

          A hit in consecutive weeks woud get you well on the way without wasting an early unnessecary WC and would give you that extra couple of weeks to reasses as things change so quick.......good luck what ever you do bro.

      Only thing with your wildcard is that you can’t play a 3-4-2 so you’ll need to upgrade either your fifth mid or 3rd striker

      IMHO, WCing now is risky if you’ve had a good start. If the likes of Auba, Kane, or Sterling start hauling now the adopters of the current “template” may have a little bit of a problem.

      Had exactly the same dilemma - really wanted to get a few players in that I think will be essential for the season and beat price rises/drops etc. So I've gone for it. Alternative was a mini WC, similar to you -16 points, which can still work out ok, but I didn't fancy that. You know you'll sleep better tonight 😉
