Thanks, yep I've looked at Henn with Ryan/McC/Hart for when fixtures change, was just trying scoop out that 0.5 to get to Laca with the other big hitters. Will probs have (another) rethink!

I am currently debating between Laca and Robertson and a second playing keeper or Lukaku and TAA and a Ryan Button combo. Other than that team looks a lot like yours, ao great job 🙂
This is a tough week, Hazard will play but can he do it again? Salah should play and if I don’t captain him it will be Kane hatrick repated like last year where I missed out Aguero should play but...... why not just pick him, too many attackers??
You'll stop doing this when you experience a shock captain benching followed by a haul by another of your big hitters. Happened to me last season and Im never doing it again. Always vice a big hitter if you have one.
He tends to play all games against easier opponents due to his left foot. With Mendy out he's also the best alternative to Delph at left back. I'd expect him to play.

If you are going to have Shaw on bench, better downgrade to Bennett/Doherty/Jonny, and upgrade Quaner to someone who might come in handy when in a tight spot (Joselu, Bonatini?)
I think it makes the game!! If choosing captain is all about luck, the whole game is in my opinion. Without captain, much harder to differentiate between template teams.
The whole game can't be about luck. The same individuals are consistently getting good OR.
You pick players based on the next 5/6/7 fixtures and over that time you expect them to gain more points that other options.
However shortening that period to 1 GW with the captain ability creates a greater luck element.
If you think the whole thing is based on luck. It would save a lot of time if at the end of the first GW you just were randomly given your finishing OR. Why even play if it's just luck
