Richarlison and Hazard fit to start as Barkley and Pedro are benched

The second of four Premier League matches to be contested on Sunday kicks off at 14:15 GMT, as unbeaten Chelsea welcome Everton to Stamford Bridge.

The release of the teamsheets brought positive news for Richarlison‘s (£6.9m) owners, with the Brazilian fit to start after having been an injury doubt in the build-up to Gameweek 12.

Eden Hazard (£11.3m) is also back in the Chelsea starting XI for the first time in the Premier League since Gameweek 9.

The Belgium international had been restricted to a 24-minute cameo against Crystal Palace last weekend and continued his recovery from a back injury with an hour-long run-out against BATE in midweek.

There was disappointment for Ross Barkley‘s (£6.0m) owners, however, as the England midfielder was only named among the substitutes for the visit of his former employers – Mateo Kovacic (£5.9m) replacing him in the centre of the park.

Pedro (£6.3m) made way for Hazard in Chelsea’s only other change to the team that defeated Palace.

Cesc Fabregas (£6.3m) has returned from illness and is back among the substitutes.

Marco Silva has made one, enforced alteration to his starting XI, meanwhile: Yerry Mina (£5.4m) in for loanee Kurt Zouma (£5.0m), who is ineligible to face his parent club.

The Toffees haven’t kept an away league clean sheet in 2018/19, with only four clubs having conceded more big chances on the road than Marco Silva’s side.

Chelsea (81) and Everton (65) were the two Premier League clubs who had registered the most attempts on goal in the four Gameweeks preceding this one.

No striker had recorded more big chances or shots on target than Alvaro Morata (£8.7m) during this four-match spell, meanwhile.

Chelsea XI: Arrizabalaga, Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso, Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic, Willian, Morata, Hazard.

Everton XI: Pickford, Coleman, Keane, Mina, Digne, Gueye, Andre Gomes, Walcott, Sigurdsson, Bernard, Richarlison.

    A. Maddison to Richarlison.
    B. Salah and Kenedy to Mane and Martial/Siggy.
    C. Salah and Maddison to Sterling and Martial/Siggy.
A for free, B and C -4 with the latter meaning no pool attack.

Last season, in the same fixture, Sterling on his own had a xG of 1.0. Man Utd as a team had a xG of 1.0. You got to hope that if Sterling is in the same position this time he takes his chances rather than flopping.

Ready to be shot down here, but I for one have been a tad disappointed in Jorginho this season, from a purely non-fantasy point of view.

Pre-season there was a cocophony of hype surrounding him and a belief that he’d essentially be Chelsea’s Xavi, every passing move going through him and dictating the midfield as he sees fit.

For me, he’s been okay. He’s been efficient. But he hasn’t been dyncamic or a game changer imo. He’s also given the ball away and allowed himself to be put under pressure far more than I’d have thought he would.

Hasn’t quite lived up to the pre-season hype.

He is a brilliant footballer but a terrible fpl option. That was evident from the start. Outside the odd penalty when haz isnt on the pitch, very few ways for him to get points. Best he does is assist the assister. This season he has even played deeper than kante who himself is a terrible option

Hes allowed Sarri to implement his system. Without him, they would not be anywhere near as good this season points wise, as having someone who knew the role (a crucial role) inside out the way Sarri wants it means that Chelsea could adapt much, much quicker. Sarri's original assessment of "3 months until we git gud" may have been accurate without him in the side.
