Which Spurs players are worth owning in FPL this season?

Tottenham Hotspur players are causing some Fantasy Premier League managers dilemmas at the start of the season.

They have a favourable opening fixture at home to Aston Villa but with a trip to Manchester City in Gameweek 2 and relatively expensive price points, their assets could be the ones to miss out on those initial teams.

However, there are some encouraging reasons to own some of Mauricio Pochettino’s players at the start of the new campaign.

In this article we assess Spurs’ defensive and attacking potential based on last season’s underlying statistics.

As this analysis uses data from the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area, only those who have signed up for the 2019/20 season can access it in full.

      I wouldn't pick Patrick. Your team is diffrerent at the back, but you're going to get Robbo and TAA at some point.

        Yeah different is what I'm going for, been burned by the "template" here too many years. I always regret not getting Van Aanholt when he starts with his goals, so this year I just went for him.

          Taylor started 35 consecutive games from GW3 onwards. I would say nailed. Lowton stayed on the bench for 14 games last season. Make of that what you will.

      I have similar team except AWB, Bilva and Kane for Sterling Fraser and Ings. This Laporte doubt is a worry with such lousy benches. My worry is that Laporte is fit to play, but he rests him further to be on the safe side with such an easy fixture.
