El Ghazi keeps getting mentioned. I’ve owned him this season and it was a mistake.

There are too many performing mids to own to need to go cheap. Just one cheapie needed for the bench.

      Looking at similar

Wondering if 30 might not be better possibly especially if you have no FH for 29. Leeds and Villa held for 29 get you SHU and Fulham in home games.

Raph and Martinez cancel each other out in 26 is part of my thinking.

There are always save points (plenty against Leeds likely) and the other match but it doesn't seem ideal

From the way the two players have their bodies angled, I can imagine that from the sidelines it doesn't look like a close call at all. Bamford looks to me a metre offside (as long as the linesman is clear as to when the ball is played). And he was offside, even if just by a couple of inches.

Very difficult to know these days in how it’s being called ie how is the assistant deciding on offside , same as previously but wait until after the move finishes? The angles are insane when you look back how can you tell if that’s on or off even with the lines. Would love the implementation of a Hawkeye cricket technology or the goal line technology would be more acceptable.

      26 seems better.
Firstly because it’s now so the fixtures are guaranteed vs what happens in 30 is not. Ie what you think is the bench could be starting
Also fixtures seem similar. Leeds always attack and villa haven’t been great defensively lately

      1. pingissimus
        • 5 Years
        3 years, 2 months ago

Not sure I'd equate Villa and SHU defences.

Agreed on uncertainty over X1 for 30 - the pre planned changes might not happen etc. Still prefer 30 in principle I think as I'm almost certain to be heavy on Leeds and Villa at that stage and Fulham and SHU at home are great fixtures for players who are bench candidates.

I don’t know about you but I got him at 10.6, he’s now 11.6 - so much value to lose when for such a short period out the team plus his EO is always over 100% so any hauls will destroy rank

Given the fixtures, and playing GW29, looks to be one of the few regular starters in the spurs defence. Unless proved otherwise then will probably go with him over Konsa (can't afford anything more expensive)

I see many people wild carding even though they have the template

      Martinez
      Dias cancelo xx
      Salah Bruno son gundo
      Dcl Watkins bamford

That’s 9 dgw in the template meaning people likely have 8-11 already

Don’t see the benefit of wild carding if you have a similar set up. Yes you may be able to include Kane but it’s costing you the most powerful chip and that front 7 is more than capable of matching Kane

Yeah, I think WC now doesn't make sense either especially if you're already rocking 8-9 DGW players (which most people are). Would prefer waiting for 30/31. I myself WCed in 25 in preparation for BB 26.

      Pope

      Cancelo Dias Robertson (Dallas Coufal)

      Salah Bruno Gundogan Raphinha (Soucek)

      Watkins Kane Bamford

No Fts. 0.3m in the bank.

Any suggestions? WC & TC available

My first FT is to either ship Dallas or Coufal. Leaning towards to latter. You also have Soucek you might want to get rid off.

      A: Triple Captain Kane
B: Bench Boost [Meslier, Dallas, Bamford, B.Davies x2]

      Thoughts Appreciated!

Of you're happy Davies plays twice, then I'd go for bench boost. TC is so overrated
