I’m done anyway, if Kane stays it’s A otherwise B:

    A) Kane | Martinelli | Alvarez
    B) Haaland | Saka | Mubama

    A is Mbuemo bench
B is Mbuemo playing and fodder bench

Bournemouth making some under the radar signings. Alex Scott now almost agreed

Losing lerma was big but they are quietly building quite a decent team. Definitely could be exciting to see them play this season

I was on him for a little while, but Pedro is too tempting at his price and with his fixtures.

Haaland Alvarez Pedro would be a great front 3, but there are too many good midfielders (and no great 4.5 ones) to play 3-4-3.

True. But there’s Pep roulette to factor. And Gvardiol could be a cheaper route once playing regularly.
Having said all that I’m considering keeping Maddison and seeing how Spurs pan out. Could still be a solid pick.

Buendia has a significant knee injury, may affect Watkins upside potential? You could get to Salah if you downgrade Watkins. Personally I'm on a Salah + Haaland draft so I'm biased, but I feel that's the way to go, initially anyway. You could get there somewhat easily if you go Watkins to Pedro and downgrade one of the 6.5's.

Uncertain how they'll lineup so right now I'd say price/value:

      1. Maddison
      2. Richarlison
      3. Son

Son playing too wide right now.

Same. Easy to get influenced on here although plenty of people have good advice. I've reverted to 3 potential risks but have a good gut feeling,in the past I've gone with advice over this and suffered so will see how it goes. Always an early wildcard option if it fails!

    Sorry if this is a bit off topic but 2 other important points for me re Kane potential transfer;

    1. I think Levi was smart, by accepting the offer he's signalling Spurs willingness to sell thus putting pressure on Kane. If he decides to stay he has to be open to extend his contract, otherwise it will be a let the contract run and sign for a rival in the PL scenario. The spotlight will be on Kane, the mercenary, not Levi.

    2. If Bayern is willing to pay £100M for a 30 yo player, obviously its for a long contract, so Kane has a decision to make. Coming back to the PL at 35 might not be ideal if he wants to chase that record.

Kane is gone. There is no way the negotiation gets this far along without Kane's approval and personal terms etc. It's done. He's betting that he can win the cl with bayern I guess.

If Kane doesn't go I'll be amazed. I suppose Bayern ticks a lot of boxes for him - money for spurs to keep fans on side, not joining prem rival, guaranteed trophy, cl football. But he's given up the prem record which is massive. Nobody playing now would've caught him.

          1. El Presidente
            • 4 Years

Agree and Bayern is a massive club, probably only second to Real Madrid in the European context right now. I guess he probably believes he can still do it coming back at some point.

Of course negations would get this far. Levy doesn't care about anyone. Gives zero interest what Kane thinks and would lead Bayern up the path without any second thought.

    Pickford | 4,0
Gabriel, Shaw, Estupinan | Colwill, Baldock
    Salah, Rashford, Saka, Havertz, Mitoma
    Haaland, Osula | 4,5

    - 0,5m itb
    - 3-5-2 & 4-5-1 for the first 2 GW
    - Easy switch for Havertz/4,5FWD to Jesus/4,5MID
    - Pricepoints covered in DEF+MID
    - Well balanced
