    On Son: Is the assumption that it will take Moura a while to get fit enough to start and play serious minutes? Hasn't played in over a month, and even then he was largely a sub. Or are people worried Son's days as a consistent starter are over?

    I'm just trying to weigh the instinct to cut ties with Son with the possibility that he's nailed for a bit longer and is about to play in two open (even if likely to be competitive) matches.

    What are others doing/thinking?

      i dont see him being son's competition.... if anything id say alli is more in danger.... son always plays left side and lucas is more of a right sided player.

      in any case, he'll come on against lpool, we can judge then

        Yep, that's what I'm thinking. And with Walcott being the obvious transfer for Son, I don't mind waiting until GW27 to make that move if it still looks attractive (even if Walcott could be motivated against Arsenal).

        Alli been under par for a while now. I don't see at all how moura is a risk to Son as they play opposite sides. Unless erikksen goes over to the left. It has been known

    obvious issues are rich/lloris, but been thinking of just holding the transfer with midweek games happening.... would love to get in lingard for the huddgame, but unsure of him starting. any other suggestions?

                Yeah, although I really do like Kosc's prospects. Think he's gotten the most bonus this year from a defender?

    just a little late night thought.... would big sam play with 3 CBs? i mean he has jags, williams, keane, holgate, mangala now as well.... then he'd have coleman and martina wing backs.

    its too many good CBs to keep happy it seems. it fits with him trying to be more boring.
