Just done Watkins to Darwin For another doubler. Can transfer him back out in the next game if needed. But can still field 11 in the next gameweek if needed.

Thoughts on Bowen to Jota for -4?

Does the jota move mean you only have 10 playing or you’ll use your 1ft to bring in an asset who plays in 26?

Sorry, my initial question was pretty confusing. I've gone for it haha. So taken a -4 to get both Darwin and Jota in for Watkins and Bowen.

So the free transfer I get prior to 26 allows me to do Darwin back to Watkins for free - which allows me to field 11.

I've just realised I AM priced out of getting Watkins back Doh!

Oh well, I'll find a way to field 11 without another hit anyways.

Bowen to Jota on its own would have been good on a free ahead of Watkins to Darwin, and would have kept Watkins but as you have made that move yes would get Jota for the hit

    A) Areola to Allison (-4)
    B) Dubravka to Allison (-4)
    C) play Dubravka

I need 0.8 to do Cunha to Darwin.

Might as well take the hit now and do it- which blank few player out option would you do?

    A) Porro to Pau Torres or Maguire (must be 4.8 or less)
    B) Palmer to Fodder

Leaning towards Maguire for some reason

      A with Pau

Villa are going to struggle defensively with injuries, especially Kamara out. I would surprisingly choose the United defender

Cheers yeah my thinking too- Maguire is 0.4 cheaper being the clincher

    Guys please been mulling…

    A) TAA ➡️ AKE or Gabriel

    B) TAA & Bowen ➡️ Gabriel & KDB -4 (bench Watkins)

    Areola/Dubravka
    Porro/ESTU/Moreno/Lascelles/TAA
    Saka/Jota/Rich/Foden/Bowen
    Haaland/Watkins/Adebayo

    0.4 itb/ 1FT

Just bear in mind you’ll need a hit to get 11 out next week with kdb or ake.

Who is playing what chip of any this DGW?

I’m 2,691,481 OR what would you do in my position?

BB/TC Haaland or hold off on the chips?

    Dub
    Gabriel Doughty VVD
    Neto KDB Jota Gordon
    Toney Darwin Haaland

    Areola Palmer Branthwaite Udogie

Similar position. Probably going to do TC. Watching Haaland bag 2 in the first would be a horrific watch.

I've not played it just yet. But am like 95% on playing it. Plus, almost certain on H due to the above. Gambler in me is debating KDB

I’m tempted to hold and go for Solanke in his double in a few weeks.

Sheffield United and Luton at home is possible as my gamble on playing catch up.

TC Haaland, good fixtures both at home, KDB heating up and he loves to feed the big man. Seems like a no brainer to me

Is it not best taking a risk with an alternative with my terrible rank though?

        1. isthoralive

Definitely a risk, if he goes off you’re looking at a massive drop in ranking. Also you never know, Solanke might get injured for gw28. I just feel like this a prime TC opportunity, Haaland will play both games, the league is on the line so they have to win both games and their CL tie is already sorted

    Dubravka
    Estupinan, Gabriel, Doughty
    Saka, Richarlison, Foden, KDB, Jota
    Haaland, Darwin

    Bench: Areola, Watkins, Coufal, Taylor

Is this benching order correct? Who would you bench between Saka, Richy and Watkins?

    1. Stockport Hatter

Yes right order and I’d play Richarlison over Watkins.

    Who'd you rather play?

    A) Dubravka
    B) Areola

    1) Trippier
    2) Watkins

Triple captaining someone else this GW is mental to me.

Quote from a great philosopher - "we’re behind the rest of our rivals and we’re going to catch up to them by going slower than they are? Cuckoo!"

And on balance of probabilities that's what you're doing. You're betting the life savings that 00 comes up, when everyone else is making 100 smaller bets on red.

I think a better catch up plan is incrementally making gains over the next 14 GWs by finding small edges at the margins (and some luck/variance). 14 GWs is still a lot.

Anderson and TAA to KDB and Van Hecke or

Palmer and TAA to KDB and any defender up to 5.4? Maguire/Bradley etc?
