Assuming Isak is fit to play, is this the right starting XI?

    Pickford
    TAA, Gabriel, Hall
    Salah, Palmer, Mbeumo, Bowen, Kluivert
    Isak, Gakpo

    (Fabianski, Wood, Robinson, Faes)

I've got a similar team/structure. I'm playing Robinson over Hall but not advising that as a better pick. I think your team looks strong this week.

A - Isak > Wood in 29 and wc Isak back in 31
B - save one ft and some funds and hold Isak through

If confirmed out this week - A. If not, I would be more inclined to do B.

I wanna play him in 28, just comes down if its worth one ft and 0.4m as of now to get Wood for Ipswich as he can easily haul that game

How much value do you have tied up in Isak? Would cost me another 0.5 to get him back so I am deffo holding.

Worth losing 0.2 on Taa and 0.3 on Salah in gw29 to field 11 players? When I would want them back just the week after

That's not too bad a TV loss on Salah, relatively (0.6m for me), considering what you could do with the funds (e.g. Haaland [C]). Depends how happy you are with alternative captaincy options? Maybe would just keep TAA rather have one GW defender punt depending on current options

If you have a Wildcard I'd be fine with dropping Trent. There's plenty of players with decent-ish fixtures in both GW29 & GW30. No guarantee Trent keeps a cleanie vs. EVE anyway given it's a derby. Easy Wildcard back in either GW30/31.

If no wildcard, a tad more hesitant but still not MEGA agaiant.

Salah I wouldn't even consider selling tbh. The peace of mind having him in your next week's squad once the GW29 deadline passes is worth it 😆

Yet again those absolute mugs at FPL have changed the BPS scores from yesterdays games. Gabriel and Trent will now both lose a bonus point. Absolute farce. With the gameweek deadline mess up last week and this dreadful AM chip it's now just a stinking pile of incompetence.

So the common chip strategy route is WC30/31, BB33, FH34 however I’m thinking of going away from the crowd with this plan as I’ve got 5FTs: BB33, WC34, FH36 - only positive I see to this is making the most out of the FH chip on a DGW, obviously making a BB team for gw33 will be tough but with my 5FTs I think I can manage. Not sure if this is better than the common strategy though

    Any thoughts?

Thoughts are: Wait until the fixtures get announced, which you'll be able to do in either if your scenarios.

I'm also planning for WC34 as the core scenario. Whether it's better for me to BB33 / FH36 or FH33 / BB36 will depend on the FA Cup SF fixtures and their impact on rescheduling GW34 fixtures.
With 5FT BB33 is a nice one to target anyway. I only have two FT so it will depend more on the rescheduled GW34 fixtures.
