Deciding on a captain is less straightforward for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers this week.
Whereas many opted for Mohamed Salah (£12.6m) in Gameweek 5 and were duly rewarded with a goal and assist versus Crystal Palace, this time he faces an impressive Brentford side that have kept three clean sheets so far.
Perhaps Cristiano Ronaldo (£12.7m) is a better option against Aston Villa, or the returning Michail Antonio (£7.9m) against a leaky, patched-up Leeds United defence.
Marcelo Bielsa’s problems continue further upfield, where Patrick Bamford (£8.0m) missed their midweek Carabao Cup tie because of a strapped-up ankle that will make his 16.6% ownership nervous.
Cheap defenders and midfielders have also been on the FPL agenda. You’ll find plenty of advice on these sources of discussion, along with the usual help with armband conundrums and transfer dilemmas, below.
There’ll also be team reveals, Members articles and videos in this comprehensive guide to the upcoming Gameweek.
