Currently, questions on (i) where he plays (if no.10, then agreed) (ii) Man u fixtures not the greatest (iii) There is already lots of goal threat at Man U i.e. he will not be the main man (eg. Kane, Last year Sanchez)

Manchester United don't have good fixtures until GW34, and by that time nobody cares about the prices of players.

Pope's days could be numbered. I'd go for Pickford if you can afford.
Otamendi to Stones to free up cash unless you got Otamendi early and have value tied up.
No City attack could be a killer. Think Silva is a good punt at that price so Azpi > VVD and Lingard > Silva.

go cheap on goalie i would say, so you can upgrade JWP, which is a bad pick... 1m from Ederson to Foster or Ryan can give Shaqiri/Ox, etc and even Dummett for Mbemba so you have a fifth defender in case of injuries etc. Double City defense looks like no good deal as they don´t care about defending.... yes some easy matches right now but you´d soon enough want to reverse it, City and Liverpool keepers are no go as they have nothing to save but plays in a way that often leads one big chance that makes them concede.

For now, but I'd look to offload DCL/RLC ASAP.

That extreme is unlikely, but 3-3 or 4-1 or something?

always risky to bring in good players for already good players but alonso is swaying towards yes, seeing as Eriksen vs Mahrez fixturewise is sensible too. Usually a minus eight is difficult to justify but sometimes it could be worth it just to clean up. Risk of being outpriced is there too, so if you are sold on those three coming in, i think i would do it.
