    Morning all,

One of the unfortunate ones that traded out Foden for Salah this week..

Any recommend transfers for this GW? Few glaring issues - Ake, Neto, Watkins.

Have WC & BB remaining. 1FT £1.0 ITB

    Dubruv (Turner)
    Porro Zabarnyi Gab (Ake Gusto)
    Saka Son Salah Palmer (Neto)
    Muniz Haaland Solanke

    Cheers

Seems you are trying to cover GW34, maybe another Arsenal defender unless you want another attacker in 34.

The way money is split, Son needs to be the cash cow sooner or later.

    Evening all,

Amazingly transferred Foden and Palmer out in WC this week.

    Who makes way for Palmer?

    Son Salah Garnacho Havertz Saka.

Obvious pick is Havertz but with Saka being a doubt, he covers him.

    Still Havertz away to Brighton?

FH34 & BB37 is the plan. Who is better for 5th DF below 4.4

M : Maguire .. more nailed to start now with injuries?
    B : Branthwaite
    V : Van Hacke .. bad fixtures?
    H : Hall .. nailed?
Who else could be a choice please?

I think BB34 and TC Palmer is definitely the way to go if you have those chips remaining.

Palmer has become an asset you can rely on to return. Probs the most reliable asset atm I reckon

Interesting Liverpool conundrum - great DGW, but picking the right players seems like a challenge. How many do you plan to own, and how would you rank the LIV assets for DGW34?

    a) Salah
    b) Darwin
    c) Diaz
    d) Jota
    e) Mac Allister
    f) Defender (who?)
    g) Alisson

      Rough:
My alternating red and green arrows continue, as they have done ever since GW18.
Lost my FFS Members Cup match 60-71 after Phil Foden was auto-promoted from first position on my opponent's bench.
      Didn't own Darwin.

      Smooth:
It was only a small red arrow - down 5k to 315k.
Four clean sheets (Neto, Gabriel, Saliba and Zabarnyi), the latter having been auto-promoted from second position on my bench.
      Palmer's 20 points.

This was a crazy FPL GW.

Rough: Haaland (C), Saka (VC). Don't think it happened before that both my captain and vice not playing at all.

Smooth: Foden and Palmer hattricks along Garnacho's brace somehow made me end the GW with a green arrow.

    5. Rash

Rough: like many, not having Foden was horrible. No Saka, Haaland and Richards made the first half of the GW pretty hard

Smooth: Darwin and Garnacho on the bench were great differentials (in my ML) and, with Palmer, made the GW very enjoyable in the end with ML lead back to 70 and 50k OR

    7. Patio Kev

Rough: Salah (C) after bringing him in for a hit.

      Smooth: Fodens hatrick

Benched Cole Palmer from my front 7 and got his hatrick points as well with Haaland no show (utter jam).

Sailed through to 3rd round of FFS members Cup

Was 3.7m OR GW12 but after 17 green arrows in the last 19 GW’s then currently OR 60k.

    8. 2999 - Lady of Legend
      • 3 Years

Smooth: 73 points, Foden 20, Palmer 20, Darwin vc was 6 doubled to 12 after Haaland no show.

Rough: Despite a half decent GW only a modest rank rise from 2m to 1.7m, still the highest I've been all season though!

    9. LAMELA_AND_CONSUELA
      • Fantasy Football Scout Member
      • 6 Years

Smooth: Foden, Palmer, Saliba and Havertz returned points.
Rough: rest of my team including Salah as C and Bradley's own goal. I had two hattrick's scorer in my team and still get red arrow.
Third addtional category - Something that you will remember for ages - due to fact that I took hit to get Salah I did not want to take another one for injured Areola. So I tought that I get healthy 0 points from goalkeeper position. Then Matt Turner enter the chat. He did not play but he was booked and his minus one point replaced Areola's zero. This game never cease to amaze me:)

That’s unlucky about Matt Turner. Seems mad that they count cards occurred when not on the pitch. Certainly the bookies don’t include these in their markets for booking points.

The minus one counts towards his Total Points, but not towards his Points Per Game, so very strange that FPL auto-subbed him in.

Rough: most things. Salah capt, haaland bench, saka injured, Bradley and gusto score 0. Was on a -4 and other than palmer, every player got 2 or less. Worst gw of the season. 31 all out. 150k rank drop to 290k

    11. shirtless
      • Fantasy Football Scout Member

Rough - 46 points, 5.5m GW rank, dropped 180k. No show from Haaland, plus Watkins, Areola, Richards and Saka injured a week after wildcarding.

Got away with removing Foden & Odegaard on my GW30 wildcard, but they punished me this week! Would have half got away with it if Salah(c) had delivered, as if I had not of wildcarded either 30 or 31 I would have (c) Haaland or Saka. Only needed to bridge the 31 points they scored via Salah(c) and my sub for Watkins, Mainoo, but all they could muster between them was 4!

Smooth - Palmer not on the bench for once, Zab, Gab and 3 points off Kelleher.

Worst swing of the season for me.

      Debated all week on:
Foden + Odegaard vs Son + Havertz

Chose the latter and lost 28 points on the decision.

As a week goes I've had worse. But the fact I sold two of the best assets this week when they hauled makes this my biggest rough of the season.

      Weird week.

Smooth Darwin goal,Foden Hatty, does Palmer count? Haaland rotation

Rough, VVD hit, Capt Salah (2nd time now), Two subs had 3 points. Getting soaked at Bournemouth in a wind swept tin pot stadium where even PL players from both sides could control the ball or time headers. Worst game i have seen in the PL due to low stands. Was an awful game.

Was a good GW overall because of one player that no one saw coming. Most roughs and smooth will be a result of that and it wasnt a bad sell and some peoples Mini league Jam or lack of it.

Howd have thought the Haaland(C) Saka (VC) would get away with a Salah fail (C), is that a rough or a smooth.

      Very strange week

Yeah 34 is also good, I do have that option, or should I say “did”, as I went for VVD Last GW and have now maxed out my funds not allowing me to chop and change the cheap players unless I say…..got rid of Son.
So just had a play about and I can do Areola + Baldock > Ortega + Gusto.
Tempting like I say, especially while Ortega is playing and a nice fixture for Chelsea.

Who is free hitting in 34? I played around with a team earlier and came up with this, what do you think?

    Darwin - Solanke - Mateta
    Saka - Ode - Salah - Jota - Sarabia
Gabriel - Air Nouri - Dalot - Munoz - Zarbarnyi
    Pickford - Neto
