I'd have Hazard. He is a 15 goal midfielder. And now shooting from outside which is the only thing he rarely did and lacked in. Could get better.

I have Ibra and not married to him. Don't have and can't get Hazard and could see myself having neither in a few weeks

Barkley & Gray would both be on my priorities out, as would getting Agüero before that. I'd save the FT, can't do much about Gray with the money ITB this GW & Barkley has a good fixture.

I would save transfer, that way you could monitor Ozil to see if he wakes up, Redmond to see if he starts, and give Gray one last chance. Then with 3 moves you can easily bring back Aguero for a -4 OR for free as you mention with Ozil to Aguero and a 4.9M mid which I don't LOVE but it's an option. I would not WC that team since you have Lukaku and a settled back four, the midfield is a slight issue but Firm.Haz.Ozil are great, so if you do WC, how many players will you really swap out - 3 or 4 only? I think a wildcard needs at least 5 moves to justify otherwise over 2 weeks with two -4s you can get 4 players in that you want...

Allen could be a punt for a 4.9, with Stoke's fixtures if they decide to perk up.
Leadbitter is another one once he get's back from injury, providing he still has set-piece duties.
You've always got Capoue as a potential 4th midfielder with a good run of fixtures too.

Output is pretty limited in the midfield two, I'd stay away, you'll get players with much more attacking threat & more involved in the penalty area at that price range.

9/10 for me but dropping hazard is risky but the kdb/sanchez combo can make up for it
