Sane joins Sterling and Aguero in the City attack at Turf Moor

The penultimate match of Gameweek 36 takes place at Turf Moor as Manchester City aim to extend their 11-match winning run and return to the top of the Premier League table.

Kick-off in Lancashire is at 14:05 BST.

There are no huge shocks in Pep Guardiola’s starting XI, with Fernandinho not recovering from the knee problem he picked up in midweek.

Bernardo Silva has thus dropped back into central midfield alongside David Silva and anchor Ilkay Gundogan, so Leroy Sane is handed a start on the left flank.

Raheem Sterling moves over to the right wing, with Sergio Aguero leading the line once more.

City’s back four is unchanged.

Sean Dyche has named the same starting XI for the fourth game in succession, with Phil Bardsley still not having recovered from a gashed leg.

The Burnley manager has resisted the urge to pack his midfield and defence for the visit of the reigning champions, pairing Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes in attack for the 17th league match in a row.

Outside of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, Aguero and Sterling were the two most-popular Triple Captain choices of Gameweek 36: 14,542 managers backed the Argetinean striker, with 8,997 deploying the chip on Sterling.

Bernardo was the second-most-bought FPL player of Gameweek 36, having been transferred in by 146,541 Fantasy bosses.

Aguero and Aymeric Laporte were also bought by over 100,000 FPL managers this week.

Burnley XI: Heaton, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor, Hendrick, Cork, Westwood, McNeil, Wood, Barnes.

Subs: Hart, Gudmundsson, Gibson, Ward, Vydra, Long, Driscoll-Glennon.

Manchester City XI: Ederson, Walker, Kompany, Laporte, Zinchenko, Gundogan, Bernardo, Silva, Sterling, Sane, Aguero.

Subs: Muric, Danilo, Stones, Mahrez, Otamendi, Jesus, Foden.

Poor first touch there, I agree, but nah, he's alright, I've seen enough decent performances to warrant at least a bench role next season.
And at least he doesnt get perenially injured unlike a certain leftback.

Not a chance Rafa rolls over or plays a weakened side or in any way is less eager to get a result just because it’s liverpool and they’re going for the title. Just not his style. If anything I expect it to be tougher because of his history.

Not hitting a ton this season has wounded me. I'm at 91 with Laporte, Sterling and Aguero right now. So even a bore draw puts me to 99 (excluding BAPs)

Usually play my ML seriously (my competition hasn't been very, competitive) however have gotten more serious over last season and this one (saw huge jump in points, OR) mostly due to not letting the team die out after January wildcard was used.

            14.7K OR last season
            57K OR this season

            Getting there... Consistency is key.

This is true. Was hoping to improve on last seasons top 15K finish but it's just not happening. First accidentally used WC instead of FH (during the two week international break - FPL wouldn't revert it for me).

Then took a -12 for DGW35. The four players I brought in scored less than the four players I took out (by 12). Those included are Vardy and Tielemans... *cry*

Captain and Bench selection has cost me 455 points this season also...

57k is a fair position in such a weird season. It does depend on what your expectations were at the start. Many of the experts have struggled this season.

My enjoyment of this game is to set my expectations at the season start and then try and achieve them. If at any time I have to reset them, then, sobeit.
        First priority OR
Second priority beating my nemesis of 14 years.
Third priority is finishing in front of mark southern's
        Fourth priority is winning ML's.
All going ok so far except that mark has just gone back in front of me this gw but I knew that all the TC chips would hurt me this gameweek.

Both Newcastle and Wolves look excellent opportunities for that.
