I've only ever become a member to support the site. In terms of statistical data, it's everything in one place. But you can certainly get the data for free from various other sites.

think its fair enough if you use the site a lot and some of the tools are good

that's a personal decision. If I end up getting membership it will be to support the site.

I was in the "only buys membership to support the site" club when this was a community site, but now it's a commercial one, they make their money just fine.

There's always going to be something you're not happy with at this stage of the season – does the extra 2m you can spend if you get Vardy instead (or 3m if you get Wilson) improve your team enough to justify going without Kane? Some will say yes, some will say no. All about where you want to compromise.
