Can Wolves’ FPL assets perform as well in 2019/20?

Wolverhampton Wanderers were one of the big success stories of last season, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s impressive side finishing seventh in their first Premier League campaign in six years.

The West Midlands club offered Fantasy managers some notable bargain buys, with Matt Doherty (£6.0m), Diogo Jota (£6.5m) and Raul Jimenez (£7.5m) the three stand-out assets.

Doherty, Jimenez and several others have been handed price rises in Fantasy Premier League this summer, however, and aren’t quite the cut-price gems they were 12 months ago.

Do Wolves players still appeal, then, going into 2019/20?

Our 20th and final Numbers Game piece looks at Wanderers’ underlying data from last season to see if the numbers of 2018/19 can be repeated in the upcoming campaign.

Best option here with 12m left

    Heaton Button
    TAA Digne Rico xxx xxx
    Salah Sterling Siggy Perez xxx
    Wilson King Greenwood

    A) VVD + Zincheko + Dendocker in a 442
    B) Zincheko + Ings + 0.5m to upgrade Button > Pope
    C) One of Montoya/Diop/Rico rotation + Martial in a 352

insane to go Frase Wilson King?

they all look good individually, and can be good placeholder for first 2gw till clearer budget option appears.
