Wolves are offering a healthy number of viable assets for Fantasy Premier League managers, regardless of their chip strategy.

The next few weeks mean that their players could help out those Free Hitting or Bench Boosting in Double Gameweek 30+ or planning for the long-term.

We are currently recapping which players went into the coronavirus (COVID-19) suspension in the best form, using each club’s last six matches for the analysis.

We have also been assessing the impact of recently appointed new managers in the Premier League, so this series covers the other 15 sides, concluding with Wolves.

As we are sure you understand, a lot has changed since the climax of Gameweek 29, with Premier League players unable to fully train with their team-mates for nearly three months. 

However, it should still serve to know who was performing best before the break.

    Two decisions left , any help

    1) Alonso keep or not ??

    He can be a good differential ,but the rotation issue can be a problem.

    2) 3rd city player Mahrez or Laporte ?

      1) it's is tempting for Alonso, especially against Villa. In the end I opted for Doherty instead as Newcastle are apparently in talks to buy Alonso, and I figured there's too much drama involved.
      2) both are tricky options as neither are nailed. Any other options?

      I don’t think he is nailed but he’s got a good chance of decent minutes. Played in the friendlies as a left winger with Tierney as LB and they want him to sign a new contract.

      However he has competition for his spot from Martinelli, potentially Auba depending on formation. I think as a fifth midfielder it’s worth the punt, he will get minutes and he is a very attacking player when on the field.

    I'm think I'm going all-out with 12 DGW players. Yes, that is indeed Sideshow Bob in my side. Because of my team structure, the alternative is Lascelles/Chillwell/another SGW player and i think Luiz can easily match those and has a higher ceiling. I am aware it is a punt, but no one else seems to be going with him so could be a shrewd differential. Reina can become Krul, El Ghazi McGinn and Stevens Lund depending on early team news.

      You could swap O'Connell to Egan and upgrade Lascelles to Saiss, who is much better on the player comparison tool. Or possibly do the same and instead upgrade Targett to a 4.7 with a decent fixture or Fernandez.

      I’d say Mount. Willian and Pedro contracts are about to expire.
