FPL players who could change position in 2019/20

The relaunch of Fantasy Premier League for 2019/20 will see the usual price swings for various players based on last season’s performances but will also feature positional reclassifications for a handful of assets.

In this members’ article, we’ll outline the case for a change of position for a number of Fantasy assets and second-guess which players will remain as they are.

That was what ruined Stoke. Hughes bought a load of flash players who had failed at top clubs because of bad attitude. So he then had a squad full of players with a bad attitude.

Absolutely. Shaqiri has a quality delivery though, very handy off the bench. Would Fraser and Wilson be okay with limited starts?

Would be a bad move for Shaq. Lanzini, Snodgrass, Yarmolenko, Antonio, Nasri, Anderson, way too many Attacking Mids already there.

Those players show me why West Ham don't do better. So flaky (except perhaps Antonio). They are players who don't care if the club does well - as long as they get their pay cheque. Arnie is another of those.

West Ham need to buy better characters IMO. They have a few like Fabianski, Cresswell, Balbuena, Rice and Noble. But a lot of their attackers are mercenaries who bring a bad attitude.

They would do better buying younger players and taking a chance on them IMO. Even promoting from their academy. Look at what Leicester and Everton have achieved with smart recruitment.

can only hope the board giver Emery some funds this summer (unlikely knowing Kroenke)

    Arsenal clear out:
    Cech (confirmed)
    Ramsey(confirmed)
    Ozil(please....)
    Mustafi
    Lichsteiner
    Monreal
    Wellbeck
    Jenkinson
    possibly a couple more......

big rebuild needed, squad has been regressing for years, need to make big changes

    1. diesel001
      • 7 Years
      5 years, 1 day ago

I would keep Welbeck and Jenkinson. They will be useful in the Europa League. AMN is not a defender - he should be played in midfield. I think Arsenal need to sign a CB and play:

      Leno
      Bellerin ????? Sokratis Kolasinac
      Guendouzi Xhaka Torreira
      Iwobi Lacazette Aubameyang

It looks defensive in midfield, but Arsenal need to be more defensive IMO. You can't concede 51 goals and expect to finish in the Top 4.

      1. SAY MY NAME
        • 6 Years
        5 years, 1 day ago

our defence is the biggest problem, new centreback or two, Kola can only play as a wingback, nice goal by Iwobi tonight but he's really a bit rubbish overall (Chelsea nearly scored after he played Azpi onside a couple of mins after Iwobi had scored), and need more in midfield

Jenkinson is ok for league cup and Europa but not up to league standard, Wellbeck I think might be out of contract and very injury prone, that being said I don't mind him as someone to fill in now and then

I'd be happy to play more defensively and hit on the counter with Auba, unless we shore up the back we'll never get anywhere - Liverpool have been better this season by playing more defensively , a few less goals than last season but the spaces have been there for Mane and Salah to run into and exploit and much harder to beat hence only league defeat all season

recruitment other than laca, auba and torreira has been awful, there's been some internal restructuring within the club and I think we were due to appoint a new sporting director but I haven't kept up with the latest developments, a few months ago we were looking at a couple of guys Emery had a good relationship with

without Ramsey and Ozil failing constantly we do need some more creativity
